我之前上網做appraisal，評語寫咗「大家一起加油！香港加油！」，然後主管話「香港加油！」呢幾個字唔中立，有違服務業專業形象。問我會唔會考慮更改或刪除有關字眼。我諗都冇諗就用中文同佢講：「本人，XXX，在此聲明不會更改或刪除評核報告內任何字眼。是次對話，到此為止！」再用英文同佢講 “I, XXXXXX, hereby declare that I will NOT amend or delete any wordings in the appraisal. That is the end of the conversation!”

Who can participate?
1. Registration fee RM30.
2. Places are limited. Apply as soon as possible.
3. Registration deadline 30 June 2018.
4. Registration fee is non-refundable.
5. Open to public.
6. No age limit.
7. All contestants must report to the organizer 30 minutes before the start of the competition.
8. The song must not contain religious, political and sexual elements.
9. Participants must use songs provided by the organizer (using organizer’s own computer system).
10. Participant is not allowed to make any changes to the choice of song on the day of competition.
11. The organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel any rules where deem appropriate.
How does this year competition work?
1. The initial match (7 July) has a score of 50 points. Participants are required to play the entire song and there is no elimination in this round.
2. The score for this round (14 July) is 50 points plus the score from the initial match.
3. There will be 20 participants in the semi-final (21 July). Each contestant must choose to sing a fast song and a slow song. 8 contestants will be eliminated in the semi-final.
4. There will be 12 contestants in the final (28 July). Each contestant must sing a song. You must find a partner to sing with you in the final. He or she must not be a contestant in the final.

谁可以参加？
1. 報名費 RM30。
2. 名额有限，尽快报名。
3. 報名截止日期 30 June 2018。
4. 報名費不可退還。
5. 公開給所有公眾。
6. 无年龄限制。
7. 所有参赛者必须在比赛开始30分鐘前向主办单位报到。
8. 歌曲内容不可以含有宗教，政治及色情元素。
9. 参赛者必须采用主办当局电脑系统内所拥有的歌曲。
10. 比赛当天不允许更换歌曲。
11. 主办机构保留最后的权利适时修改或取消任何比赛规则。
今年怎样比？
1. 最初赛（7 July）分数为50分，参赛者要把整首歌演释完，这回合不淘汰。
2. 选拔赛（14 July）分数为50分再加最初赛的分数来统计。
3. 半决赛（21 July）将有20位参赛者，每个参赛者必须选唱一首快歌和一首慢歌，当晚会淘汰8位参赛者。
4. 大决赛（28 July）将有12位参赛者，每个参赛者必选唱一首歌和一首合唱，合唱部分你自己要找一位搭档和你配合，不可是决赛的参赛者。
