Covid19 is not yet over although 2020 is behind us. We hope for a better 2021 by praying the situation will recover soon but it's not and cases are expected to rise in Malaysia with today marks the highest cases and this situation is alarming.

Today, there are almost 88 million cases around the world. Covid19 is real and we are all in a serious situation. Nothing should be taken lightly, this is not a hoax, joke or conspiracy.

Stop listening to fake news and hearsay because in this digital age, everyone is a reporter and information is everywhere and overload.

Always make as many references possible from official and trustworthy sources before you consume and share any information. Refer to data, statistics and scientific information, not simply something people pass through information without any evidence or trying to be 'viral'.

Protect yourself, your family, and your surroundings. Adhere to the healthcare and authorities guidelines as strictly as possible. Postpone any interstate travels or holidays. Avoid meeting high-risk individuals to protect them, not just yourself (and many more-please follow the guidelines).

In this Covid19 disease pandemic, to take care of others and help one another, you have to take care of yourself to avoid the virus from spreading. We are in this together, we should help each other by protecting ourselves. Be safe and take care of all.

⭐️A journal to more focus, meaning and clarity in 2021⭐️��2020 has not been easy to navigate for many of us.��As an artist by nature, trying to stay focused and consistent on all the ideas and thoughts that I’m churning out has never been easy.
During the past few years, after getting frustrated with myself over and over again, I have put in a lot of time and effort to study and develop a system of goal-setting, action mapping and routine building - specifically for people who have problems focusing and prioritising.

By creating this wellness journal, I hope that I can inspire and prompt you to slow down, re-navigate and reset within. As a restful of having gone through complicated/extensive goal setting journal sand given up very shortly, I have intentionally kept this journal uncomplicated and physically light, so we don’t lose focus and can always easily carry it around or come back to review it.��Our wellness journal 2021 consists of:

* for women and creative entrepreneurs who want to realise their goals more effectively

* For people who are seeking more joy and a better balance in life

* NOT for people who are seasoned planners and enjoy more complicated systems and extensive daily/quarterly tracking structures

* Simplified system of goal setting for people who easily lose focus

* Physically light to carry around and review regularly (reviewing goals regularly is very important!! I will explain more as we journey and work on this journal together in the coming months)

* Packed with beautiful images and inspiration quotes, with the 2nd half of the journal being clean lined notepapers for your own journalling and doodling (as Richard Branson says, it’s very important to carry a notebook around with you to write all your thoughts and ideas down in a timely manner)

First Metal Gear Solid is a legendary game that no matter how many years it has been, there is always someone talking about it. With a system that is offside to the game in the same era and it's difficult to describe. Can it be possible? This legendary game will be right. Brought to Remake again? The rumour that this is attributed to the YouTube RedGamingTech channel which is a hardware and game channel which he quotes from sources close to him that the original Metal gear Solid game is being developed in a remake, not just a remastered one and it's going to be sold out. Console Exclusive only PS5 including on PC as well.

And moreover, his original source says that the 2,3 and 4 games will be re-made in HD Remastered and sold on PS5 and PC as well. If so, it should help the Metal game fans. Gear is glad.

But none of this has been confirmed by Sony or Konami. We need to follow our future progress.
