Hello! Do you get your nails done or do them yourself? I've never been good at doing nails because my mom does nails, so I was spoiled until I moved out ? But with the extra time at home during quarantine last year and all salons closed, I finally decided to buy a kit to try doing my own #diynails! I started learning by watching YouTube videos and a friend suggested I try out Makartt, which quickly became my fav brand for nail extensions. Pretty full-circle to be working with them now! Learning how to do my own nails was probably the most useful thing I did during quarantine...if you haven't tried using a DIY nail kit, I would highly recommend it ? Where do you miss going the most? I miss the Santa Monica Pier ? It's one of my favorite places in LA (as you probably know if you watched my birthday vlog heh), but since it's closed to the public rn, I did makeup that reminds me of it! I posted that I used only drugstore eye products for this look on IG and I think we were all kinda shook ? Drugstore makeup has come so far..I've been discovering a lot of new drugstore favorites lately while playing with makeup in quarantine. Right now, I'm obsessed with the Revlon Micro Gel Eyeliner, it's so tiny!

I'm not going to lie, I've been super stressed lately so I'm trying my best to create relaxing content for those of you feeling the same ??‍♀️ We can get through this together one day at a time ? Let's seek happiness in our everyday lives. I've started to notice and appreciate little things - the way my bed frame glows as the sun sets, the warmth of freshly laundered sheets, mid-day naps and dreams of being back in a functioning world.
One day, we'll get there again.
