再次受到美國Adweek委託繪製介紹美國一流資料連接平臺——鏈睿(LiveRamp)，鏈睿在文章中提出未來十年關於CX(客戶體驗)對於世界頂級品牌、代理商和發佈商的影響。

Adweek是美國廣告行業周刊，於1979年創立。Adweek涵蓋了創意，客戶與代理商的關係和全球的廣告相關資訊。目前是美國第二大廣告行業刊物，主要競爭對手是Adage。

因為已經是第二次和Adweek合作，藝術總監和他們的編輯團隊都對我的創作非常放心，所以草稿幾乎是一次就通過，我也有一點「自由發揮」的空間，例如加上台北101在背景，或是放上「永和咖啡廳」的中文字樣(因為我住永和)。

而因為他們這個專案是希望插畫能夠做成動態，所以我在構圖和擺置的時候，也特別去考慮到如何讓他們的團隊能有最大的設計動畫的空間。近年來因為種族主義的話題，所以在畫人物時，往往都會被團隊要求，所以得畫不同人種的臉譜，雖然有點麻煩但是還是滿有趣的。

Five illustrations I did for Adweek advertising content collaborated with Global Product Marketing Lead, Identity, LiveRamp.

For the ideas of the illustrations, I focused on how LiveRamp can take care of the CX(customer experience) based on their individual identities. They find a way to delight people by making sure everything customers do anticipate or fulfill their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

－Responsible for increasing online sales through connecting with the right audiences, design and execute creative campaigns and continuously improving UI and UX.
－Handle weekly advertising (Digital Marketing) and Commercial strategies
－Lead and plans in brand strategy and providing strategic solutions in fast-paced environment
－Review business priorities, practical solution to business problems proactively
－Work closely with the creative and production team of 50 people.
－Analyse, design, implement lead generation systems on website
－Design and implement Loyalty Program and reduce Abandon Carts
－Conduct user research, user testing, AB testing to optimize customer experience
－Analyze user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities
－Responsible for planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring promotion plans to boost business growth.
50% work on general marketing, 50% work on UI/UX

To be successful in this role you will exemplify our CORE values and:

－Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications is preferred
5+ years marketing experience at agencies or in-house is preferred
－Experience in Shopify is a bonus
－Strong market business sense and well knowing of the market
－Experience in marketing plans and brand building activities including social media, search engine, digital and media planning
－Strong analytic with good presentation and communication skills, and able to work under pressure
－Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
－Be proactive approach, with extreme confidence in taking ownership of your work and the results it drives

The real reason Father Christmas wears red and white

🎄 Why, after all, does Santa Claus wear red and white?

聖誕老人給人的印象，是一個穿著紅白色大衣的老人，但聖誕老人這個形象是甚麼時候開始的？

Many people will tell you that the modern Santa is dressed to match the red-and-white colors of a can of Coke, and was popularized by Coca Cola's advertising in the 1930s.

許多人會說，聖誕老人的衣服在1930年代被設計為紅白兩種顏色，是為了與可口可樂的罐子設計一致。

A good story, but the red-and-white Santa himself wasn't created to advertise Coca-Cola - why, he was touting the rival beverage White Rock back in 1923. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer was the one who was invented as a marketing gimmick.

可口可樂公司當時的確有為宣傳可樂創造一個卡通人物，但那是紅鼻子馴鹿魯道夫，而不是身穿紅白衣服的聖誕老人──他1923年就已經誕生，當時是為了宣傳可口可樂的競爭對手White Rock汽水。

🤶 The modern Santa Claus is actually much older, a patchwork character woven together from different sources. These include Saint Nicholas, a 4th Century Greek bishop - who famously wore red robes while giving gifts to the poor, especially children - and the English folk figure "Father Christmas", whose original green robes turned red over time.

🎁 It was in the 1820s, too, that advertisements for Christmas presents became common in the United States.

By the 1840s, Santa himself was a frequent commercial icon in advertisements. Retailers, after all, had to find some way to clear their end-of-year stock. The gift-giving tradition took firm hold.

In Boston in 1867, 10,000 people paid to see Charles Dickens give readings of his Christmas Carol - a story light on biblical details and heavy on the idea of generosity.

1867年的底特律，約1萬人排隊買票，就是為了聽英國著名小說家狄更斯朗讀他的小說 #聖誕頌歌（又譯《小氣財神》），內容主要宣揚無私、慷慨解囊的精神。
