預約制的泰菜私廚餐廳「Zaap Taipei」，是由曾在「SUKHOTHAI」及「baan」待過的主廚Chef AJ簡士捷開設。
餐廳位在吳興街的巷弄中，店面不大且座位也只有28個，所以並不容易預定。
「Zaap」這個字在泰國東北話中指的是有味道，所以菜色也真的非常夠味，好幾道都讓人辣到狂冒汗猛喝飲料。除了讓人辣到噴火外，每道菜都好吃又道地。

「瀑布松阪豬」更辣到噴淚：太爽惹！
此外，「鹹蛋青木瓜」口感清爽開胃，
與「蠔油豆瓣空心菜」並列搶戲配角，
