♥️ Happy Valentine’s Day everyone 💋Hope you all had an awesome day celebrating with your loved ones.Here’s what I did today:- taught a heart opening vinyasa class sharing love dedicated towards oneself and others - took some yoga pics with my baby girl- went to @vea_hk for an amazing lunch- came home to play with my baby girl (she loved the yoga bolster my hubby got me for vday)- ate an awesome home cooked 3 course meal by hubby (watch till the end to see #chefjeff smile; it’s a rare scene 😅)Feeling blessed to have come so far this past year. For those who know me personally, you know that I’ve been battling with some personal issues. 這是我第一次公開的瑜伽教學，非常感動(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)！

自己練習瑜伽有5-6年，去年在峇里島考了導師證書後，有教過舊朋友，也有教過在不同旅途中認識的新朋友，最高興能為他們處理不同的身心問題💛很感恩回港後有 @fittpub 大膽邀請和全力支持，促成這次慈善瑜伽班奇蹟發生！也很榮幸收益可以全數捐給思覺基金，讓大家更關注大眾精神健康！（他們跟HKU的團隊研究發現，瑜伽有助思覺失調者康復！🎉）

我的美國形體老師教授我的是Iyengar yoga，一種為了讓你維持正確的姿勢以免受傷，而無所不用其極，會利用很多道具（如blocks、straps、bolster、blankets、chair等）的瑜伽。例如，如果盤膝坐會令你駝背，我們會讓你坐在blocks and/or blankets上，多高也無問題，最緊要你不駝背；又如果前彎（forward bend）也會令你駝背，我們會放blocks在你手下讓你碰，又或讓你把手放在腿上，無需為了手碰地而犧牲你的下腰。

我自己在教學裏最在乎的，是一些我在訓練時學到的基本功。這些基本功異常重要，它給予你穩固的知識，讓你做基本動作到高難度動作的時候，也不會受傷，因為你知道怎樣從頭到腳保護自己，尤其是頸部和下腰這些容易受傷的部位。

Meditation is in every moment, Tadasana is in every pose. 希望日後再有機會把我學到的知識分享給大家！☺️🌸
