【#香港研究HKStudies】幾年前香港研究學院成立時，我就推動搞讀本系列，並堅持要有「流行文化」呢個題目。搞左幾年，第一本書終於上線啦！快啲去叫你間大學嘅圖書館、各大公立圖書館，訂購呢本由王潔瑩博士執筆嘅大作啦！《香港歷史》、《香港社會》、《香港政治》、《香港公共財政》等讀本，將會陸續上線。
A few years ago when we found the Academy of Hong Kong Studies, I insisted to plan a reader series and adopt “popular culture” as one of the topics. Now the first reader, “Hong Kong Popular Culture” written by Dr. Klavier J. Wang, has been published. Please request your university libraries as well as public libraries to order the book. More readers including “Hong Kong History”, “Hong Kong Society”, “Hong Kong Politics” and “Hong Kong Public Finance” will be published in due course.

【#香港研究HKStudies】如何把香港研究推向世界？幾年前讀文獻時，發現憲法學者廣泛研究「自治政體」，但這個概念卻很少政治學者研究，一直在想這應該是把香港放在比較政治脈絡的方向。埋首耕耘了幾年，幸運地得到羅德里奇出版社的支持，將開展《羅德里奇 比較自治政體手冊》的大型出版項目。除了這本重量級著作，還有更爆的相關項目稍後再公布。我的目標，就是令香港成為比較自治政體的研究根據地。

How to promote Hong Kong Studies to the world? Several years ago, I found that constitutional legal scholars have extensively researched territorial autonomies, but few political scientists have worked on this field. So I wondered if this is a good way to position Hong Kong in comparative political research. Fortunately, my idea was supported by Routledge and they agree to publish a Routledge Handbook of Comparative Territorial Autonomies. Apart from this book project, I will soon roll out related initiatives on territorial autonomies. My objective is to make Hong Kong a research hub for comparative autonomies studies.
