Just like fast food, negativity often tastes good for a short moment, but it will make you unhealthy in the long run. And Mental weight? It is the hardest to lose.
If you constantly stick with a group of people who only wants to stay in their comfort zone and constantly criticise people who work hard for self-improvement, it’s NO surprise that you’ll find yourself stuck in a negative state for years.
Yes, it is okay to let loose and enjoy your favourite show from time to time. But if you find yourself trapped in an loop of binge-watching meaningless videos for hours and hours, it is time to break free and READJUST your Mental Diet.
If your goal is to have a healthier mind, start by removing all the JUNK from your Mental Diet.🤗
It took me some time to realise this, but it is okay to leave people, things, habits behind, if all they do is holding you back. Your Mental Diet determines your Mental Health. And your Mental Health decides your future.

真心覺得Netflix 真的好屌~也真正肩負著媒體的重任~真實!紀錄!~人們有知道真相的權利
年初看了海洋的陰謀這部紀錄片,對於政府跟商人這相互間的關係而對我們的環境造成的傷害,已經無法用文字來敘述有多無奈跟無力,只有你自己看了,才能由自己的小力量做起,盡量延長我們步向末日的時間~
對於我這個美食主義者,今天再看到這兩部紀錄片‘’茹素的力量‘’跟what the health,(一度想搜尋照片時打了一個茹,下面第一個出現的是知名牛排館‘’茹x葵,可見我多常多常搜尋多愛吃牛排),打破太多太多我一直以來對健康的迷思(我想絕對也是絕大多數人的迷思)

大家去找來看看,包準你嘴巴從頭到尾都合不起來,隨便舉兩個例子
📝糖尿病跟吃糖跟澱粉無關,是脂
肪讓我們得糖尿病
📝蔬菜的蛋白質含量比肉多
📝喝牛奶完全無法補充鈣質
曾經我們認為健康的所有食物其實都是對我們是有害的,是商人為了販售,洗腦我們、甚至勾結以健康、公益等各種協會團體,只灌輸人們他們為利益想灌輸的觀念
曾經我有一個交往12年論及婚嫁的男友,也因為他吃素,無法陪我體驗美食,而讓我沮喪,也造成最後我們分開的原因之一,可見吃(美食)對我有多重要,(而且我很不吃蔬菜水果~不愛也沒那習慣)
但是,現世報果然來的很快,因為這三部片,我決定用自己的身體親身試驗純素飲食,看看會有什麼樣的變化
我會試著拍影片看看,純粹想實事求是的記錄

繼早上片單《健康不可告人的秘密》(what the health)接著第二部《茹素的力量》(The game changers)
今天真的大打我飲食營養觀,雖然前陣子才開始知道植物性蛋白對人體的好處,但這兩部片讓我對這樣的飲食選擇的邏輯更加全面。
因為讀了王姿允醫師《4+2R代謝飲食法》目前已經大概一個多月,一天有兩餐都吃素了,單純已經在這一個多月感覺到身體(內/外)的改變。
Know thyself and Know what you eat.
為了自己的身體,知道更多真相,為自己做更好的選擇,與真正的健康更緊密的連結。
最後再推一次《海洋陰謀》(Sea spiracy),飲食生活與個人健康與世界環保息息相關,實踐很難,但是開始理解不難,改變很難,但是總要從第一步開始。
