I recently work really hard, and but I still practice at least one hour every week, I just feel much peaceful afterwards, I should surrender to the arrangement of universe. Let go, less struggles. 🙏

Be a Warrior not a Worrier! Practicing the warrior poses (Virabhadrasana) are beneficial to you physically, mentally and emotionally. Amazing right? Yes! What you do physically directly translates to how you feel inside too.
Physically, the Warrior strengthens your entire body muscles. At the same time, teaching you to relax certain muscles that you are tensing up. Just like in life, it teaches how to acknowledge what areas you are holding intensively and how you can learn to relax. Mentally, it challenges you with your mind body coordination. Emotionally it helps you develop courage since this is a heart opening pose. It also encourage you to find peace in the pose when your leg is shaking and the pose is difficult. Just like in life, it teaches you to overcome challenges with a stride.
In this video I will share with you the proper alignments. Keep in mind, you will go much further by pursuing the correct alignment rather than forcing yourself into a pose with the wrong alignment!
