Responsibilities
* Build and execute e-commerce and social media strategy with display campaign, SEO, SEM, paid ads, Google Adwords, Google ads etc�
* Analyse current e-commerce business, brainstorm and execute strategies and business plans to enhance the performance�
* Maintenance and Optimization of e-commerce sites, including shooting and editing photos, writing product description, creating and modifying website pages to align with branding and commercial objectives�
* Contribute in shaping of visitor’s experience on website through page structure, layouts and design�
* Capture, track and analyze the social data/metrics to make response�
* Generate, edit and publish dynamic and visual content for social media channels accordingly to weekly editorial schedules
Requirements
* Attitude to make better life every day�
* No experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome.�
* Enthusiasm,self-motivation and self-learner are a must!�
* Has a passion, an interest and intellectual curiosity in the field of beauty and personal care industry�
* A team player, problem solver, self-starter and forward thinker with a mindset of an entrepreneur (Imagine if you own SWAG HAIR!)�
* Able to accommodate flexible work schedule as you may have to work overtime or during weekends to handle different ad-hoc tasks�
* Bachelor’s degree in field of Marketing, Communication, Advertising or other business-related fields will be preferred�
* Basic knowledge of e-commerce, social media and digital marketing�
* Good command of English and Chinese writing�
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and have strong personal organization skills�
* Being polite and respectful�
* Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; Photo and video cameras
