雖然,食素已經五年半就嚟六年,但係,honestly,我唔係廿四小時、一個星期七日都食得好健康,我都會有唔乖嘅時候。尤其如果有工作壓力或者太忙,城市嘅生活其實會令到我嘅飲食失衡,結果敏感的身體就會出現各種毛病。
其實之前一直有留意坊間嘅meal plan,今次試咗 Eatology 5 Days Vegan Plan,除咗可以選擇卡路里,仲有詳細碳水化合物、蛋白質、脂肪等等嘅營養資料提供。重要嘅係,食材新鮮,亦整得好食。尤其喜歡小食裏面嘅蔬菜卷,包住紅菜頭Hummus,健康又好味;晚餐還有麻婆豆腐 配 椰菜花紅米飯,辣辣的好開胃。我唔食菇,佢就可以tailor-made,唔提供菇類嘅食物。
Convenient Food 不一定是邪惡的,每天早上也會收到一天的食物,咁樣就唔使怕太忙嘅時候,是但開咗包薯片就塞飽自己 (又或者拍攝嘅時候帶兩隻蕉,避免肚餓就一日)。 相信對上班族,甚至好似我呢啲period性忙碌嘅slash來講,都係一個唔錯嘅選擇,可以bookmark。另外佢哋嘅包裝全部可以作生物性溶解 biodegradable 🌱

Happy Blessed Ramadan to those who are fasting. This year, is going to be different, because for most of us, we will be spending all our time at home. Just like I mentioned in my previous video, what you choose to AVOID is completed up to you. The goal is to consume a WELL-BALANCED DIET that emphasises on the consumption of healthy real plant-foods, while reducing the intake of unhealthy plant foods as well as animal products.
I’ve created this meal plan to be MOSTLY plant-based, but with one meat recipe on every alternate day.
If you have been struggling to make a transition to eat better or you have failed in all sorts of different diets out there, then the plant-based approach may suit you.

What is a Plant-Based Diet? Is it vegetarian? Vegan? Can you eat meat? Well, the truth is that, the definitely of a plant-based diet defers depending on who you ask. Generally, it is a lifestyle choice that emphasises on eating more real, whole foods that comes from plants. To me, plant-based does not mean completely eliminating lean sources of protein!
