This morning got invited to share my experience on how to choose the right shoe for yourself with Mizuno Staffs. There are few criteria we need to consider before buying a running shoe.
1. Your foot arch.
2. Comfortability.
3. Types of knee (valgus, varus, normal)
4. Distance that you are running.
5. Customize insole (depends).
