I'm glad to share with you my visual and gastronomic experience of travelling without leaving Singapore! I'm visiting the Michelin Guide Gastrobar Pop-Up this evening, a collab between No Sleep Club X Zen, and it's a wanderlust night we're having here!🍷
A romantic 5-course meal with fine, mischievous savoury-sweet cocktail pairing, enough to quench any thirst for travel you have... I especially love the french toast with iberico ham and bbq quail dishes, and the special Island Tea with grilled chicken skin spirit and Uni-Corn cocktail with corn and creamed uni really got my spirits high! 🎉🎊

What is forest bathing? How is it done, and how is it good for you? In celebration of International Day of Forests 2021, our team made this mini film on an increasing popular form of therapy called forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a wellness practice that started in Japan in the early 1980s.
We invited a bunch of friends to experience this unique activity that’s said to have a vast number of benefits, right here in Singapore. Led by You Min, a certified nature and forest therapy guide from Xiu Nature Connections (@forestbathingsg), here’s how it went.
