1 kotak santan
5 cawan air
Secubit garam
Semua diatas satukan dan gaul rata
Nak senang guna blender..blend sebati
Kemudian masakkan sebentar..anggaran 3-5 minit sampai berwap..dan mula pekat
Tutup api
Lengserkan loyang dgn sedikit minyak
Alas plastik talam,oles sikit lagi minyak atas plastik dan masukkan adunan tepung yg di masak sebentar tadi
Sementara itu panaskan kukus..setelah mendidih masuk kan loyang dan kukus talam
anggaran 10-15 minit..
Kemudian cakarkan permukaan tepung ,guna garpu..taburkan inti..dan padatkan
Kukus semula anggaran 5-10 minit
Kemudian taburkan daun bawang,cili potong,dan bawang goreng..kukus sekejap sahaja
Dengan membuka tudung kukus..perlahan kan api..kalau dah ok..bole lah angkat dan sejukkan

Tumis bahan cincang..hingga garing..
Masukkan rempah kari..
Masukkan daging..gaul rata
Perasakan garam ,gula dan perasa
Masak hingga inti kering dan tapiskan
Supaya minyaknya tos
nak guna daging burger pon bole

2 cups of wheat flour
6 sb of corn flour
2 eggs
1 boxes of coconut milk
5 cups of water
A pinch of salt
All above unite and flat mix

1 1/2 cawan tepung kek @ tpg gandum pun boleh..
1/2 cawan gula kastor
1/2tin susu pekat
6 biji telur gred A
1 sdb ovalett
4 sdb milo + 1sdk serbuk nescafe / serbuk coklat pun boleh sy suka guna nescafe kek naik aroma
50g coffee mate
1 tin kaya ( tin kecil )
240 gm marjerin ( kmek guna marjerin pelangi Wangi )
Pukul marjerin gula ovalett sampai kembang masukn telur sebiji2...pukul hingga kembang ...masukkan kaya sebati masuk kn..coffee mate..susu pekat ..sebatikan..
.. masukan tepung gandum sedikit2 pukul prlahan hingga sebati..
Bahagikn kepada 3 bahagian ( sy timbang adunan )
Masukkn milo dlm 1 adunan + nescafe... hijau sy guna Pandan emulco ..kuning .. msuk warna kesukaan anda sndiri...perasa n pewarna tepulang yer x semesti ikut sy punya ..
Panaskn kukusan sampai air melegak..api biasa jgn kuat sgt sdg2 nanti kek jd gelembung2 api telampau kuat...masukkn 1 adunan kedlm loyang yg dh disapu planta/ lapik kertas minyak...kukus satu2 lapisan dgn masa 5-8 minit api sederhana ..dn ulang yg sama sampai habis.bila lapisan terahkir biar selama 20 minit sampai masak... Sejuk baru dpotong

Rich Series Layer Cake
🌷 Steamed UNIQUE LAYER CAKE
1 1/2 cups of cake flour @ wheat tpg is fine too..
1/2 cups of castor sugar
1/2 cans of condensed milk
6 eggs grade A
1 sdb ovalett
4 sdb milo + 1 sdk nescafe powder / chocolate powder can also use nescafe cake to increase aroma
50g coffee mate
1 cans of rich (small tin)
240 gm of margarine (I use rainbow margarine)
Hit the margarine of the ovalett sugar until the egg blooms... hit it until it blooms... insert it into the richness.. coffee eyes.. condensed milk.. sebatikan..
.. put in wheat flour a little bit at the end until it's mixed..
Share it to 3 parts (I weigh the mix)
Put milo into 1 mix + nescafe... green I use Pandan emulco.. yellow.. enter your own favorite color... flavour and dye are not always following mine..
Heat up the kukusan until the water soothes.. normal fire don't be too strong as the cake becomes a bubble of fire too strong... put 1 mix into the brass that has been swept away by the plant / oil paper cover... steamed one layer with 5-8 times Minute fire.. and repeat the same until the end. When the last layer is left for 20 minutes until it's cooked... It's only cold and cut off
