加碼:

這種訓練有助於幫助你的整套表演或是比賽動作到最後還能有力把招式做出來,彌補有些街健運動員看似很厲害,但是做一招都要休很久才能再做一次的問題,永遠只有影片裡面強,或是遇到battle賽制,只有前一兩次能做出來,後面動作品質就大幅下降,甚至頭暈噁心想吐…
以上每個動作操作自己的約8成力,動作之間之間休息20-30秒。
*暴力上-單槓撐體-引體這三項挑戰腳不着地一口氣做完。

Trong video lần này, mình sẽ khởi động 1 cái playlist mới về UPPER - LOWER BODY workout, một cách chia lịch tập theo thân trên và thân dưới của cơ thể. Để bắt đầu thì ngày hôm nay chúng ta sẽ có 1 buổi tập thân trên (UPPER BODY). Trong buổi tập này mình sẽ tấn công các nhóm cơ bắp ở thân trên bằng các bài tập đẩy và kéo xen kẽ với nhau, cùng tập thử nhé, hứa là phê mà. Xem video và enjoy nha!
