《K11Musea新餐廳🇪🇸由地面食到入海底🌊》
K11 Musea又有新餐廳🍴！呢間主打西班牙菜🇪🇸嘅餐廳最signature一定係以LED高清螢幕做牆身🖥。畫面仲會keep住轉，由春天🌼食到嚴冬❄️，再由地面食到入海底🐋，唔單止好feel而且喺香港都係第一次見😆🤟🏻。

今次去我哋食咗個5個courses嘅set lunch($268)。包前菜、湯/沙律， main course甜品同嘢飲。

🔻西班牙鯷魚蕃茄配水晶麵包
Spanish Anchovy and Tomato Crystal Bread
以玻璃盒裝住感覺好有質感。鯷魚味道濃郁配上清新蕃茄🐟🍅，平日比較少食到呢款前菜。

🔻黑松露蘑菇湯
Black Truffle Mushroom Soup
蘑菇湯聞到好香，飲落去唔係creamy嘅質感，反而感覺有好多氣泡，仲有少少蘑菇碎🍄。另外附有一片多士🍞。

🔻香蒜魷魚
Sizzling Squid with Garlic
做法有啲似西班牙特色菜蒜油蝦，只不過將主角由蝦肉變成魷魚🦑，蒜片加蒜油好香🧄，配以新鮮彈牙嘅魷魚就更加惹味😋！

🔻意大利紅蝦意粉
Italian Red Prawn Spaghetti (+$68)
加$68蚊可以升級食到紅蝦意粉🍝，紅蝦份量冇想像中咁多，只有一隻完整嘅蝦肉同幾粒蝦碎🦐，不過原隻紅蝦非常鮮味😍。意粉醬汁應該用咗蝦頭/蝦膏去熬製🦞，味道濃郁，口感creamy，確實係非常出色✌🏻，推介大家試一試。

🔻地中海雜錦海鮮焗飯
Mixed Seafood Paella with Spanish Ham
老實講，賣相真係有啲失望👉🏻👈🏻。份量偏少，好彩味道唔錯。食落似西班牙炒飯，味道濃郁，有火腿🐖、蝦🦐、蜆同魷魚🦑做配料，炒得乾身帶點焦味。

🔻甜品
當日嘅甜品喺檸檬慕絲蛋糕🍋。外層用白朱古力做咗個口感薄脆嘅外層，中間幼滑嘅mousses 配上果蓉，食落檸檬味清香，而且賣相像真度超高。

味道唔錯，但份量較細。環境方面有gimmick，不過上菜真係好耐😂趕時間一定食唔到佢！

2 tbsp Cooking oil
4 tbsp Lau gan ma
1 tbsp Hua tiao wine
4 cloves Garlic (sliced)
4 stalks Coriander (chopped)
170g Spaghetti
Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp Cooking oil
8 Prawns
1 Lemongrass (bottom half only, smashed)
2 cloves Minced garlic
2 tbsp Tom yum paste
2 tbsp water
2 slices Galangal
100g Mushrooms
Juice from ½ a lime
Sliced kaffir lime leaves
170g Spaghetti

?PastA Box ?是Soul Cafe在Bayan Lepas Sunway Tunas 的Korner Mart那里开设的一个独立卖Pasta的新品牌。

?这里选用两种pasta, Spaghettini即比spaghetti 更细的面条以及Linguine即窄身的扁平面条。

?配对面条的酱汁都是他们自制的，有Pomodoro即番茄酱汁，Signature Pumpkin即店家招牌的金瓜酱汁 ，Carbonara即奶油蛋酱和Creamy Pesto即青酱也叫香蒜酱，加了罗勒叶，松子和蒜蓉十分悠香。@48 Holiao 的 @Steven Goh 就偏爱金瓜酱汁，我则无番茄不欢。

?添加配料第一样计RM4, 第二样起每样计RM2。添加的配料共计有Grilled Prawn即煎虾仁, Grilled Chicken即煎鸡肉, Crispy Chicken Ham 脆煎鸡肉火腿, Chicken Sausage 鸡肉香肠, Sautéed Mushroom 煸炒菇菇。

?买了意大利面，再加RM6就能买他们的特选咖啡。
