今年夏天熱情洋溢🤸‍運動選手紛紛在世界級的殿堂揮灑汗水，而 COMPUTEX 一直以來也持續提供全球廠商與新創團隊一個可以展示先進技術的舞台！

✨今天分享的是酸爽開胃的涼拌檸檬蝦，超級嫩滑好吃，冰涼爽口，低脂低卡超解饞‼️

🎊食材：鮮蝦、檸檬、洋蔥、蒜、小米椒、小蔥、百香果、生抽、醋、鹽、白糖
🎊Ingredients: fresh shrimp, lemon, onion, garlic, millet pepper, shallot, passion fruit, light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar

❇️做法：
1、檸檬去籽切片，洋蔥切成丁；
2、鮮蝦去蝦線和殼，煮熟撈出後再過涼水;
3、放入蒜末、洋蔥丁、小米辣、小蔥、檸檬片、百香果和蝦仁，再倒入一匙白糖、兩匙生抽、三匙醋和少許鹽，加適量清水，抓拌均勻，冷藏兩小時
