我喺晴報嘅酒專欄 - 「在南非最Hip酒店品酒」參加咗PIWOSA舉辦嘅葡萄酒晚宴派對，選址係南非開普敦最hip嘅新酒店Silo Hotel舉行！頭盤五款白酒中，我最喜愛的是Klein Constantia Metis Sauvignon Blanc 2014年。此酒十分有法國Sancerre風格，味道優雅而帶白花、香梨、白桃、蘋果、礦物等。在最Hip南非酒店吃着美味晚餐配最優雅葡萄酒，實在吃喝得太痛快了！🥂🎉😋
