This is aunty Amy. She was a caregiver to her daughter who was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer Survivor, Stage 3. Despite the unfortunate diagnosis, aunty Amy kept up a strong front to keep her daughter going. She cooked, she stayed and accompanied her daughter for every chemo cycle and check up. An amazing woman she is, her daughter survived the ordeal and has made a wonderful recovery since. Today aunty Amy was invited to try out Discover Scuba for the first time. A campaign (#wecancerdive) to help the cancer community to experience the calmness underwater and to promote healing deep within. Look at her performance, she was doing great! Well, you know what they said, never stop learning no matter how old you are because life never stop teaching. Aunty Amy is turning 60 years young soon. Don't you think she's extraordinary?💪❤️🌈

Ever felt embarrassed by the growing pimple in the middle of your forehead? Or that pimple that just appreared smack in the middle of you cheek out of nowhere after a good night's sleep? or that red spot on the tip of your nose that just waiting to come out, as if your day isn't going bad enough already? Well actually, rather than digging through your drawer for the best blemish cream and concealers, your skin can actually be telling you something about the health of your body. The location of acne spots on your face can give you an indication of their underlying cause. According to Chinese medicine, this is called face-mapping.
Here i am going to share with you some of the research i have done and i hope it helps you develop an understanding of what is causing your acne and save you some time from trying out different products that may not be right for your skin.
1) Forehead
An outbreak on the forehead can mean problems with the liver, usually related to poor digestion. If you find yourself eating too much processed foods or junk food lately, your liver may be unable to handle all that toxins you put in your body. And when that happens, it ends up on your skin! I know sometimes you just can't resist that McDonalds you just passed by or that bag of chips, my advice is to drink more water and sleep early so you can let you liver functions well.
2) Nose
Pimples on the tip of the nose are the worst! It always seems like no amount of concealer can shrink the effect that pimples makes to the size of your nose! If you see one on the tip of your nose it may mean problems with digestive system. If you see it spread to both sides of the nose, it may mean problems related to the ovarian or reproductive system. So first and foremost, be careful of what you are eating and take care of your digestive system.
3) Lip area
Acne around the lip area always makes me very frustrated because they are very obvious and very hard to cover up. And they appear usually after eating a lot of "hot-air' food. They are also warning signs your body may be sending you. it may mean constipation, anxiety, and stress from hormonal imbalances. Who isn't under stress and anxiety these days !!!
Some tips would be try to get enough sleep when you are under stress because lack of sleep will make you feel frustrated and cranky, which may lead to even more stress in your work day. Also , if you aren't able to visit the washroom as regularly as you'd like to lately, hold off the spicy and fried foods for awhile , and switch to some good honey!
4) Jawline
If you see pimples around the jawline area, it may mean problems with the kidney and glands that pour hormones into the blood. Ladies, if you also have this problem, it may be a sign of irregularities in your menstrual cycle.
5) Cheek
Many teenagers may find they have acne problems on their cheek especially. This may caused by hormonal changes, or Chinese medicine can also give you another explanation. Did you know there is a difference between a pimple on the right cheek and a pimple on the left cheek?
Actually if you see acne on the RIGHT CHEEK, it can mean something to do with your lung and intestine network. Those who have respiratory allergies or asthma have a tendency to have a reddish, slight rash along the right cheek, showing inflammation in the respiratory system. A mild acne Breakout, slight redness on your right cheek may also mean a cold is coming on.
As for the LEFT CHEEK, pimples maybe caused by stagnated liver functions, such as liver secretion and detoxification.
From my OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, i was down with a flu and much to my surprise, right there on my right cheek, two pimples popped up!!!!!
You must note that, however, the causes i have listed here for each facial region are general guidelines and may not apply to everyone. While internal problems can be one of the main reasons for acne, there are several other factors that can responsible for breakouts too . SO, learn more about the cause of your breakout is one of the best things you can do for successful acne treatment!!!!
Don't be jealous of others' flawless skin, start working on a healthy diet and lifestyle and FIGHT BACK YOUR ACNE now !! (.(^_−)−☆ jiayou !!!

Why Spay or Neuter?
If you think that just having one or two litters won't hurt anybody, this fact should change your mind: according to the Humane Society of the United States, 10,000 babies are born in the U.S. on any given day. On that same day, however, 70,000 puppies and kittens are born. Match those two statistics up, and you'll see that there will never be enough homes for all the animals born in this country unless we all take responsibility for spaying and neutering our pets. Change begins with YOU! Spay or neuter your pet!
Spayed/neutered pets live longer, healthier lives
Spaying your female pet greatly reduces the risk of breast cancer and completely eliminates the threat of uterine and ovarian cancer.
Neutering your male pet prevents testicular cancer and prostate problems, and helps him avoid serious health problems like hernias and perianal tumors.
Males neutered at a young age are far less likely to develop dominance or aggression-related behavior problems, including possession and food guarding, territory marking (lifting his leg on everything in sight), aggression toward other dogs, and "humping" inappropriate objects.
Neutering your male pet relieves him of the constant urge to go out in search of a female in heat. Ridding him of his urge to roam could very well save his life, and save you from a terrible broken heart.
Spaying your dog or cat eliminates her heat cycle and the mess that goes with it. Also, females in heat often cry and howl incessantly, develop nervous behavior, and attract every unaltered male dog in the neighborhood to your yard!
Altered animals are generally more docile and easier to train.
