標題: [心得] 一對一線上家教口說練習分享

背景:理工出身，不是強者，只因為現在待業中太閒，把所有的線上平台都試聽過了，
也上了一個半月的線上家教(未來想考多益口說)，很多有用的心得
原本po了一篇很有用的分享文被Eng-class P板主亂刪，
很不高興，換個板把更多心得細節補上去，希望能幫助到大家。
我個人試過非常多練習英文的方法，遊學、補地球村...
覺得一對一線上家教是最有用的，不用花交通費、又便宜(菲師)。
就算多益有七百分，相信我口說還是會卡得不得了，
我還是常常會犯一些很白癡的錯，例如 He "do"、I "do" afraid of XD
有些人說跟外國人溝通沒有問題可能也是假得，因為外國人不太會更正你文法
反正聽得懂就好，如果想要真得加強口說正確性，一對一家教是很棒的選擇。

我覺得遊學沒用的原因是大家都是英文不太好的才會去，而且相同國家
的一定會聚集在一起，根本練習不到英文，在寄宿家庭會好一些，但通常比手畫腳
都能表達，他們也不是老師不太會糾正我們的英文
至於補習，文法和字彙量可能真的會進步，但是對口說真的一點幫助也沒有
一堂課能講到十句話就很不錯了，反而一對一家教，整堂課要想辦法表達。
而且老師就是專注在你身上，效果真的很好。
工具:首先分享一下有用的工具
1.錄音錄影工具:https://www.apowersoft.tw/free-online-screen-recorder
是免費的，很推，可以把畫面和聲音都錄下來，錄滿一個小時沒問題
發現這個工具後我每次上課都會錄影，
然後下課在用播放器調快速度(1.2~1.5倍)作筆記，
調快就是節省時間(也聽過一次了)。每次聽都覺得自己英文好卡阿阿XDD
最後像這樣整理起來，可能在後面加上老師或大概上課內容
英文線上家教平台分享
我把幾乎把所有線上平台都試聽過一次的，只要搜得到的我相信我都有試聽了(太閒XDD)，
我試過超過30位老師的教學方式(歐美、菲律賓都有)
後來實在是太有心得了，在試聽的時候我都會再備註欄寫上我的需求，
我需要"口音標準、會糾正我文法或提供更好說法的老師"(但好像客服都不太會理會我
的需求?整輪聽下來說實話沒有什麼太另我驚艷的老師)
其實市面上的平台都大同小異，大部分都用skype修正，主要是要選對老師，我分享一下
我比較有印象的和我有繳錢上課的平台。
1.易森英文:(菲師，沒繳錢，僅試聽，固定時間固定老師)
我很喜歡他的線上白板，有發現有些用skype的老師上課會偷跟別人聊天
跟不上我的問題之類的，而且用skype版面也蠻混亂的，
想說找個老師會比較忙的線上平台來試試看，
這家我很想繳錢，但是客服對我的問題好像總是愛理不理(還不只一位不理我...)，
但就是沒人理我XDD 不知道是不是客服態度都比較散漫或我不是學員忽略我
但不管是什麼原因，不太喜歡客服態度，怕以後有問題他們也愛理不理
反正線上平台也很多，我後來就跳過了。
這家的試聽老師和後來要上課的老師是不一樣的，是依照空堂幫你指定老師。
而且不能試聽未來要上課的老師的課，這點我不是很喜歡，
是應該是唯一一家不能試聽上課老師的機構。(os:好像有點囂張XD)
雖然說如果不喜歡老師他們會換，但這也代表我要浪費我自己的課(錢)換老師。
這家機構有點偏貴，版友們可以找版友一起找合購。

2.QQ英文(菲師，沒繳費，僅試聽，不固定時間，統一開放時間搶老師)
這家之前蠻多板有合購的，QQ在菲律賓有語言學校，老師在辦公室上課，
老師身後就有白板可以解說(這點跟其他的平台不一樣)
老師依經驗分級，越資深越貴，我隨機試聽兩個老師
我覺得沒到驚豔的程度，聽版友說這家是有一個時間會開放老師下個月的課表，
搶得老師會瞬間秒殺，可能是這樣我才選到普通的老師，總之沒到很喜歡就放掉了。
這家要上記得跟版友一起合購，便宜很多。
3.English Town(歐美師，有繳錢，不固定時間不固定老師，一堂40分鐘)
這家我實在是不知道要不要推XD 這家家教地雷偏多
我是在板上找到很便宜的價錢收購的(不然我不會買)。
說實話這種不固定時間不固定老師 歐美師真得很難找到認真的
(我在想 可能歐美人優秀的都不會去教英文? 他們優秀的去個資訊科技業根本賺翻
反而菲律賓，優秀的才能當線上家教老師)
我一開始像灑網一樣亂上一大堆課，就是為了找到適合自己的老師，
他們的地雷比例大概2:8 真得是可以用地雷形容 混到不行
我的經驗是上了十幾堂課才找到喜歡的兩個老師(一美國、一南菲) 後來固定上他們的課
南非籍老師真的非常非常認真，不知道為什麼我們每講到一個地方的時候
他常常可以迅速找到補充資料補充給我(如mail附件
也是我遇到唯一個上完課後會幫我整理筆記寄給我的老師，
他是我遇到我們講得每句話他都會打出來逐句幫我更正的老師
老師充滿熱誠，很長會上超過時間，通常都會上到50分鐘
我們一個主題會花兩堂課以上上完，老師說每個主題的PPT都從頭上到尾比較好
之前每個EF的老師用不到一堂課草草上完一個主題後就不理我了
我後來找老師都是依他的標準去找的
(每句話都打出來、很多補充資料、提供更好的說法更正文法和發音錯誤)
想當然標準太高了XDD 後來發現只要達到兩個條件以上的老師都還算不錯
我對這家的心得就是:除非你有知道很好的老師
不然要浪費很多課(錢 時間)去找適合的老師
版友們就自己思考看看要不要賭運氣了，畢竟歐美老師一堂課不便宜地雷又偏多!!!
這家的好處就是 如果真的找到好的老師 那這家的機構CP值是TUTOR ABC和
TUTOR 4U等機構比不上的 據我所知 TUTOR ABC和TUTOR 4U 無法指定老師
有喜歡的老師這輩子也可能在也上不了他的課 我很不喜歡隨機指定老師
EF可以指定老師 甚至跟老師約時間 一堂課大概是他們的一半價錢
(TUTOR ABC和TUTOR 4U 一對一扣三堂點數 換算台幣大概一千元以上 )
EF如果能找到轉讓的 又可以更便宜了
2016.10.01補充
補充一下不推EF小班的原因:就如我上面所提，EF的老師地雷偏多，小班是隨機
指派老師和同學，有些老師混到我覺得是在浪費我時間，
有些是同學網路很差我聽得很痛苦，有些可能是同學程度差異太大，上起來效率很差
我給EF小班的評價是:送課程給我我也很懶得上課
(事實上就是，我有一千多堂小班的課懶得上...

最近和版友聊天後發現，我的小班和一般的小班不太一樣，
我的小班是沒有分級贈送的小班，所以程度才會差異這麼大
有人的課程是花錢買有分級的，沒有這種問題
4.TalxFun(菲師，有繳錢，不固定時間不固定老師)
這家是我第一家接觸的線上英文教學，我一開始花很多時間看網站上的影片挑口音
放了大概五個口袋名單試聽，很幸運的第一堂試聽課找到喜歡的老師就繳費了
每天五十分鐘持續了一個半月，這家的優點是很便宜，一天大概100元就可以上五十分鐘
就算假日不上平均下來還是超便宜，如果找到喜歡的老師cp值是其他平台追不上的
我現在固定上一位老師的多益口說練習課
他會截圖給我，然後我要想辦法說一些東西，老師在幫我更正，給我參考解答(SA)
打算練個十回之後去考多益口說。
這個平台我有找到三個不錯的老師，有得老師注重發音，有得老師注重文法
交互上還不錯。
另外另一個平台Engoo 也是主打便宜，這個平台有試聽到好老師也可以試試
這兩個平台如果有喜歡的老師cp值 其他線上平台完全比不上
(一堂50分鐘的課才100元台幣左右...)
5.Timothy Eng(菲師，上過一期，固定老師固定時間)
這家的所有老師都能試聽一次，記得全部老師試聽一輪在決定老師!
(反正試聽不用錢)，這家沒有客服，有點像老師自己接案子，所以我覺得老師
都還不錯，但是後來發現這家的老師流動率太高了!我喜歡固定老師，
所以後來就沒繼續上了。
我試了很多試聽超過十個平台，30位以上老師，平均一天上兩個小時以上的口說課
我花了很多時間再試，希望分享給版友們讓版友能少走一些路，
以下是我的歸納的結論給大家參考
1.固定老師很重要:就算不是固定老師的平台也要找到固定的老師搶他得課
要找到你上課起來沒有壓力的老師，你喜歡跟他上課，會期待跟他上課才有用，
任何學習只要是有壓力的，就會開始逃避，尤其是語言一定要長期練才會順。
固定老師的優點是你知道老師的習慣，老師也知道你的程度，不需要前面幾次磨合
不然到最後線上家教都會變成一再的自我介紹聊興趣而已。
試想，如果求學過程中，每堂英文課的英文老師都是不同人
不是一件很荒謬的事情嗎XDDD
2.繳錢之前一定要先試聽
試聽不用錢，一定要試聽，有喜歡的老師在繳費!反正線上家教很多，不怕找不到喜歡的。
我還遇過一個平台，我一直請客服幫我換老師試聽
我有一直跟客服說我在意發音和文法更正，但換了四個，最後我沒有很滿意我就放棄了
我的中心思想是沒有完全滿意我絕不付錢
3.要有教材
要有適合自己的教材，像English Town我就上他們線上的商業教材，我覺得還不錯。
Talxfun就用老師找給我的多益口說練習測驗。
如果不知道自己喜歡哪個教材可以去Engoo網站逛逛，他的免費教材很多元。
看過之後可以跟自己的老師討論喜歡哪種類型的主題。
4.有影片先聽口音
菲師最怕是遇到有口音聽得會很痛苦的老師，
其實說實話我遇到得菲師口音都還比以前在學校上課的台灣老師好非常多
如果有影片可以先過濾，有客服的機構不要害怕直接跟客服反應不喜歡口音
他們通常會讓你再換老師試試看

比台灣強很多 可以當老師那又更強了 便宜又有效!
English Snap,MySkylines,TutorSky,優語苑,易森,QQ,EnglishCity,TimothEng,
Bryten、EnglishFlow、Talxfun
我沒有試聽歐美的 價錢貴 真的喜歡我也買不起 (聽說TutorABC的業務很可怕XD)
另外 tutorABC不是一對一 他一堂課的錢是一對多
真心覺得如果只是用skype教學，talxfun(或Engoo)能找到喜歡的老師是最好的，
一堂課(50min)一百出頭而已，其他家費用都是他們一倍以上。
而且talxfun不綁約，不喜歡下個月解約就好
其他機構要買到很大量才有可能一堂課(50min)220元左右甚至更高。
他沒有回我 後來我就自己找 找到自己喜歡的老師
有一天版友突然回信給我 說他覺得不錯的老師是某位
結果我還蠻驚訝的 因為我聽口音就不喜歡了XDDD
大家程度不一樣 想加強的地方不一樣 建議大家還是自己找自己喜歡的老師磨合吧
多試才知道什麼是自己心中的好老師或爛老師
