🍂 今個秋天感覺特別乾燥，所以特地做了一個甜點給自己：椰糖煮梨🍐 對喉嚨乾燥非常有幫助，熱食更特別有種溫暖的感覺。

這次用上來自 #意大利 🇮🇹的威廉梨子，跟平日吃的水晶梨不同，特別香甜細軟，外表的淡紅有種秋葉的味道。而意大利其他品種如阿貝提、凱撒、迪卡納和啤梨也各有特色，同樣清甜多汁。配上杏仁片和紅棗，女生一定喜歡吧！

This Stewed Pear with Coconut Sugar (with Almonds & Dates), using aromatic #Italian Williams Pear for extra sweetness. Other Italian pears such as Abate Fete, Kaiser Pear, Decana del Comizio Pear and Conference Pear are also highly recommended as they have different tastes and textures.

If you are having a throat irritation because of the dryness of the weather, this Chinese-inspired dessert would make you feel so much better.
