Side note a workout in the morning is great start to a day or a walk. If you do a home workout, I recommend getting dumbbells, kettlebells or even a TRX. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Simple, eh? EVERYBODY CAN DO THIS! I do try my best to practice these habits even when I’m travelling. For instance I’d book a hotel that has a gym or at least one nearby, and I’d get my workout done early in the morning before whoever I’m travelling with gets up to avoid disturbing their time. If it’s your priority, you’d find ways and take the effort to do it. 💪🏼
