One of the best dishes slash best meals I have ever had in 2019 goes to "Os A Moelle" at @roseroyalesydney in Potts Point. What more can you ask for when you can have freaking delicious bone marrow 🍖 for just $18? I may be exaggerating but these bad boys are excitingly roasted with Mudgee hazelnuts, pink salt & rosé port, served with croutons 🍞 and condiments
