I am not sure if I belong to the Hong Kong World 🗺 , but when I saw this arrived, I saw at least 3 types of Sicilian Prawns 🦐 within the tray. They do a gesture of lighting up the fire 🔥 for keeping warmth, yet u can turn it off after 5 mins before it burns with aroma! 😋
There was obviously present a type of highly treasured Sicilian Purple Blue #Mazzacolle Prawn (Penaeus Kerathurus). Which the 3 🌟 Otto e Mezzo has been selling for a while in Hong Kong.
I also ate a Sicilian Red Prawn Gambero Rosso (Aristaeomorpha foliacea) which is always amazing, the subset of which is sold under the Mazara label 🔖
There were also some Pink Prawn Gambero Rosa (Parapenaeus longirostris) on the same plate.
Apparently, the Mediterranean Prawns from Sicily are sourced as bulk. So it depends on your elements of luck as to how many u get to eat. On top of the Clams, Baby Octopus, also 1 whole Lobster on the platter🦞🐧, and some Romanesco 🥦 on the side is a nice touch!
