You can make the viral Cheese Corn Dog at own home too!! It's quite easy to prepare a fun afternoon tea time with this recipe :

Cheese Corn Dog
Ingredients :
1 cup wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup Maeadow Fresh Full Cream Milk (cold)
Mother's Choice Cheddar Cheese Slice
Marina Chicken Sausage
Breadcrumb

Methods :
1. Put wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl then mix well.
2. Put in egg and Meadow Fresh Full Cream Milk as well then mix well the batter till smooth.
3. Wrap Marina Chicken Sausage with Mother's Choice Cheddar Cheese Slice.
4. Take a skewer and poke the wrapped sausage.
5. Chill the wrapped sausage in fridge for 20 minutes.
6. Dip the chilled wrapped sausage into the batter.
7. Mix with breadcrumb.
8. Fry it with medium heat to ensure the cheese slice inside will melt.

Here's the recipe for Murtabak Cheese Paratha

Ingredients
Kart's Roti Paratha
Marina Beef Salisbury Burger
1/2 Red Onion
2tbs curry powder
2 Eggs
Mother's Choice Soft Table Spread
Mother's Choice Cheddar Cheese Slice

Directions

#1 Heat up pan and add in 1 tbsp Mother's Choice Soft Table Spread. Saute the onions until fragrant, then add in Marina Beef Salisbury Burger and season with 2 teaspoons Curry Powder and turn off the heat.

#2 In another bowl, beat the eggs and keep it aside this will be the egg wash.

#3 Take your Kart's Roti Paratha, place the fillings that we cooked earlier. Add a slice of
Mother's Choice Cheeddar Cheese Slice on top. Then, fold the Kart's Roti Paratha.

#4 Dip folded roti paratha into the eggs.

#5 Fry until cooked through and it's ready to serve

Side dish

Steam Kart's BBQ Chicken Pao and Coconut Egg Jam for 5 minutes

3. Toss it on a bed of assorted fresh salad.

Bahan-bahan :
1. 3 ulas bawang putih (dipotong dadu)
2. 2 biji bawang holland (dihiris)
3. 1 biji lobak merah (dihiris)
4. 2 keping Marina Beef Salisbury Burger (dicincang)
5. 2 sudu besar cili kisar
6. 4 s/b sos tomato
7. 2 sudu kecil serbuk jintan manis
8. 2 s/k serbuk kari
9. 2 s/k serbuk cili
10. 1 s/k serbuk lada hitam
11. Meadow Fresh UHT Choc Milk
12. Mother's Choice Soft Table Spread
13. Mother's Choice Cheddar Cheese Slices
14. Marina Breaded Chicken Nuggets
15. Kart's Roti Paratha
16. Kart's pau

Cara Masakan :
1. Tumis bawang putih, 1 biji bawang holland, lobak
merah dan marina beef sehingga naik bau.

2. Masukkan cili kisar, sos tomato, serbuk jintan manis,
serbuk kari, serbuk cili dan lada hitam. Kacau sebati.

3. Kemudian masukkan susu segar sedikit. Kacau sehingga
masak. Pastikan kuah tak terlalu cair / pekat.

4. Rendam 1 biji bawang holland yang dihiris di dalam air sejuk bersama secubit garam seketima. Kemudian toskan.

5. Goreng Marina Breaded Chicken Nugget dan potong dadu

6. Panaskan roti paratha di atas kuali bersama Soft Table Spread. (Jangan terlalu lama).

7. Roti paratha yang telah dipanaskan tadi dilipat dua.
Kemudian letakkan inti daging berkari nugget ke dalam lipatan roti paratha tersebut. Kemudian susun hirisan bawang holland, nugget ayam dan kepingan cheddar cheese di atas sekali.

8. Akhir sekali bakar dalam oven / microwave sehingga cheese cair. Dan siap dihidang.

Bahan-Bahan:
1 Sudu Mother's Choice Soft Table Spread
½ Biji Bawang Holland
2 Ulas Bawang Putih
15 - 20 Biji Marina Bebola Daging
Capsicum & Cendawan Butang
300 gram Sos Spaghetti
½ cawan Air @ Susu Penuh Krim Meadow Fresh
½ sudu kecil Garam
½ sudu kecil Parsley
½ sudu kecil Oregano
½ sudu kecil Serbuk Lada Hitam
Keju Mozarella & Cheddar (Mother’s Choice)
2 keping Kart's Paratha (Dibakar dan dihiris halus)

Cara-cara penyediaan:
1. Panaskan kuali dan bakar roti paratha, kemudian hiris halus (lebar seperti fettuccine)
2. Panaskan Mother's Choice Soft Table Spread dalam kuali dan tumis bawang besar serta bawang putih hingga kekuningan. Masukkan bebola daging. Kacau lagi hingga sebati. Tabur Lada hitam, Parsley, Oregano.
3.Tuangkan sos pasta, susu dan hirisan cendawan butang, capsicum. Gaul rata.
4.Tambahkan keju cheddar dan mozarella. Biar hingga keju cair.
5.Tabur fresh parsley. Angkat dan sedia untuk dinikmati.

2 sudu besar aiskrim Vanila
