Chinese New Year is now approaching and as we prepare to usher the Year of the Rat, I’m reminded of its significance to me personally - it signifies renewal, filial piety and families reuniting.

Never once I take this announcement lightly when I touch down at our airports “…kepada warganegara, selamat pulang ke tanah air.” Being abroad for so many years, it’s always an amazing feeling to hear that and to step foot back home into Malaysia - especially during the festivals.
