Common facts we tend to hear about Brown Rice VS White Rice. Are they true?!
1) Brown rice is low in Glycemic Index & white rice is high in GI.
2) Brown rice is higher in fibre & protein compared to white rice.
3) Brown rice takes much longer to digest compared to white rice.
4) Brown rice is more nutrient-dense than white rice.
