It’s the perfect time to have some of this Prawn Pineapple Fried Rice🍍🍚.Believe it or not, this #StayHome dish is so simple and only requires 7 ingredients (pineapple, cooked jasmine rice, chicken, prawns, spring onions, chilli and most importantly KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame ) 🤗
To cook this dish:
1. Gently beat the egg in a mixing bowl and set aside.
2. Heat up the pan and drizzle 1 tbsp of KEWPIE Mayonnaise Japanese Style to replace cooking oil.
3. Add garlic and onions and cook until fragrant. Mix in the pineapples, green chillies and cook for another 2 mins.
4. Next, add the turmeric and stir until the vegetables are coated with the spice. Pour in the egg mixture.
5. Add the rice and mix well with the vegetables. Continue to cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
