There will be some jumping exercises in the middle to raise up your heart rate.

終於把影片拍好了 一次給你們
運動前的暖身還是非常重要的
這樣也比較不會受傷
當然暖身也有很多種方式
這次提供三個動作給你們!
這些影片是每個動作計時20秒
你們可以放在平常的訓練課表
前面安排3組當做熱身
