Jason Richardson是一名蠻被忽略的得分後衛，不少人都把印像放在他是『#灌籃王』上，其實他也是一個時代最穩定的得分好手之一，甚至是很出色的領袖。

2004年，在北卡隊長Antawn Jamison跑去達拉斯小牛組『#五星連線』後，Jason Richardson成為了勇士的王牌，他的沉穩個性與表現成為球隊的中流砥柱，更是勇士迷心中不可取代的領袖。
當年老八傳奇J-Rich雖因傷不再是球隊進攻首選，但他無疑是掀起『We Believe』的推手，當年那封對球迷『#道歉信』讓人印象深刻，這也說明了他是多有責任感的一名球員。

只是勇士之後竟然將他們的領袖交易掉，也讓他們彷彿被詛咒似，隔年48勝也進不了季後賽，之後球隊也陷入傷病中，季後賽這一斷又是五年。
🏀最後J-Rich成為Nash的好夥伴，做為 #相當高效的球隊第三號得分點，而實際上，在2002至2011這十年期間，J-Rich是最穩定的後場得分手之一。
🏀這十年能轟進 #13000分以上 的後場球員只有七位，J-Rich就是其中一個，而其他人分別為Kobe、VC、AI、雷槍、閃電俠、鷹王，每個來頭都不小。
