Think I mentioned before, when I was a kid I didn't like this dish, just below the level of me hating Scalded Milk & sometimes with an Egg 滾水蛋, or even Milk Pudding 燉奶 🤐. Years later I found out they all shared 1 common trait ~ that unnatural stink from the Protein & denaturation changes from over heating them above 60°C or closer to 100°C for prolonged period.
