We have several ideas for the challenge, teams can pick one or many.

1) Future ways of working
Whether working from the Office, Home, or on the move.
Working with remote teams can be a challenge, especially in multiple locations/time zones.
How might we enable people and teams to be at their best every day? Communicate in asmooth way.
How might we enable people to continue, grow, or keep/build a connection to theircommunity(s)?
2) Education anywhere
How can we leverage the recent equipment, in software, AI, and machine learning, to helpthe education sector?
Help students and teachers during lockdowns or remote classes. i.e.Favor participation, engagement during classes.
3) WOW! Wireless gaming
How might we improve the wireless gaming device to let the user have a more fantastic gaming experience?
4) Ethical gaming world
How might we leverage on gaming community and technology to fight against gamingunethical behavior, e.g. abuse, cheating, etc.

The International Data Corporation (#IDC) has announced the winners of the Smart City Asia Pacific Awards after judging over 200 entries, and Taiwanese cities put in a stellar performance:
The #NewTaipei Smart Community App 2.0 won in the #CivicEngagement category; Omni Smart Education in #Taipei won in the #education category; the Participatory Care and Telemedicine initiative in #Kaohsiung, #PingtungCounty; #PenghuCounty won in the #PublicHealth and #SocialServices category and the #Tainan Smart Flood Prevention Network Construction Plan won in the #SmartWater category!
Taiwan often features in the top ranks of the competition and this year a lot of initiatives used #AI to improve and automate city services, improving user experience at the same time as protecting privacy and security. I wear my smartwatch every single day! That's because I want to be able to track not just my workouts, but also my health all day long. The fact is, when we're able to gather more data and knowledge about our own body and how we are performing in each workout session, that will give you the motivation and discipline to stay consistent. This has really to stay on track all these years and see results.

When you lack sleep, this increases your appetite and cravings, and as a result it increases your total daily caloric intake. Lack of sleep can also increase FAT storage in the body and making it harder for your body to burn fat. It will also decrease your workout performance, hence you can't train at your optimum.

What is functional training? It is a form of training that works your whole body as one unit through compound exercises to build strength and muscle in a functional and balanced way. Including functional training into your routine is extremely important to improve your ability to perform the everyday activities, and to make daily motion easier and safer.
Here’s a 30-minute workout circuit to improve your strength, balance, coordination and also stamina! We'll be engaging our CORE throughout the entire workout as that's the foundation to a strong body. No equipment needed, just your own bodyweight. It's also LOW IMPACT, hence no jumping. Let's have some fun with the moves!
