🎂🎉⚾️Yesterday’s #AmericaDayHomerun event highlighted the importance of the close U.S.-Taiwan friendship and our many shared values. The success of the “Taiwan Model” of COVID-19 prevention has meant that Taiwan is one of the only places in the world holding professional sports events. That’s why we were inspired to replace our annual July 4th reception with #AmericaDayHomerun. After being invented in the United States, baseball has been embraced by international communities--- and now it’s Taiwan’s turn to share baseball with the world!
