♥️ Happy Valentine’s Day everyone 💋
Hope you all had an awesome day celebrating with your loved ones.
Here’s what I did today:
- taught a heart opening vinyasa class sharing love dedicated towards oneself and others
- took some yoga pics with my baby girl
- went to @vea_hk for an amazing lunch
- came home to play with my baby girl (she loved the yoga bolster my hubby got me for vday)
- ate an awesome home cooked 3 course meal by hubby (watch till the end to see #chefjeff smile; it’s a rare scene 😅)
Feeling blessed to have come so far this past year. For those who know me personally, you know that I’ve been battling with some personal issues. It’s still a work in progress, but all we can do is keep on trying and keep on loving 🥰. #loveandalliscoming
