最後決定12月在穩定更新影片
結果自己一直在食言
說好16號要更新開始身體就瘋狂發炎
昨天工作結束後跟女生朋友一起上健身課
準備上課了才發現自己已經發燒了
教練判斷身體狀態過勞所以就沒有讓我上課
最近發文也都愛發不發的
觸及跟觀看率一直往下掉
真的很抱歉Q_Q
今天身體有好好修復了
也請了剪輯師幫忙我處裡12月初的影片更新
大家不擔心沒有影片看了QQ!!!!

and i'm SERISOULY SORRY for i didn't update my fanpage and youtube alot in these days
my body needs to have a long time break
i was off work and heading to do fitness with my friend last night
my friend and my coach recognized that i was having a fever before we had class
and then, i went back to my place and have rests
no fitness, no photo editing, no video editing, no uploads.
I apologized to all my foreigner fans

i'll reschedule my time table and try to update stably on Dec.
