♥️ $58 Mille-Feuille 千層酥 檸檬馬斯卡彭芝士 with Lemon Mascarpone cream. The M.F here changed from an elongated shape to a more squarish cut nowadays 👉🏻📦👆🏻👀
Quality went up again! Funny thing is, I feel like I am the only person who orders Mille-Feuille at Bakehouse somewhat, & the Shashuka for that matter... Knowing the Hong Kong market, perhaps @gregoiremichaud should switch to piping it with a Matcha or Chestnut creme patissiere for a while to finally amass the right attraction 🤔 It is so good, it definitely deserves much more attention, or may be it's the rest of the items being so amazing, that people didn't read to the end of the menu yet.. 📖😂
•Hot Chocolate here is made with an Ecuador 66%. It's actually one of the better Chocolat Chaud's in this city. Especially if ur into European style Hot Choco's~! $48
