I chose to do a dessert plate as a challenge because, as you all know, I don't have a sweet tooth🙅🏻 thus am unfamiliar with desserts. It was a fun project💪🏻!
I dedicate this dish to @breadandbeast because I miss you guys and that's why I chose to pickle green apples, just like the ones from their unporchettable sanwich🐷🍞! I'm coming home soon!🏡💕

This snack idea was inspired by @natalielalachu back n our uni days!
By adding seaweed, pepper and mayo - yes it’s alright to have small amounts of fat in your diet, it makes eating corn out of a can even better! (I love Green Giant corn!). Here I used:
↠ Green Giant salt-free corn (to reduce salt intake compared to the original one)
↠ Roasted seaweed - the ones without added salt/spices for making maki rolls
↠ 1 tsp of white pepper
↠ 1 tsp of Japanese mayo - YUM
Enjoy this fast and delicious snack! It's only ~160 calories!

●片栗粉:大さじ2(米粉、小麦粉、コーンスターチでもOK)
●ウインナー:1袋
●お好みのとろけるチーズ:お好み量
●ナンプラー:小さじ1(醤油でもOK)
●めんつゆ(3~4倍濃縮):小さじ1/2
●おろしにんにく:小さじ1/2
●おろし生姜:小さじ1/2
●豆板醤:小さじ1/2(コチュジャンでもOK)
●米油(普通の油、胡麻油でもOK)
●ブラックペッパー
※辛いのが苦手な方は豆板醤を普通の味噌にしてもOK
※ナンプラーが苦手な方は醤油に変更してもOK
[やみつき納豆だれ]
●納豆:2個
●ごま油:小さじ1~小さじ2
●お好みのポン酢:小さじ2(ポン酢が好きな方はもっと入れても美味しいよ)
●大葉:5枚
●万能ねぎ:お好み量
●お好みで、ラー油、唐辛子、豆板醤、ミョウガ、卵

『やみつきピーマン焼き』と『やみつき納豆だれ』を作りました。
ピーマン嫌いのうちの子がこれだけはバクバク食べてくれる!と何度も言って頂けたり
こんなやみつきな納豆料理初めて食べた…とこちらも何度も言って頂けてる
食べた人全員にレシピを聞かれるくらいの自慢のレシピです♪
どちらも個別で食べても最高に美味しいんですが
一緒に食べるともうヤバイんです🤤
今まで食べた事ないような最高にやみつきな料理になってて
ピーマンと納豆がマジ無限に食べれちゃいます♪
しかも、高たんぱく質、栄養もたっぷりなのに低糖質!!
糖質制限ダイエットされている方や筋トレされている方にもオススメだと思います。
作り方は混ぜて焼くだけ♪
とっても簡単なので是非作ってみて下さい。
栄養を沢山摂って暑い夏を皆で元気に乗り切りましょう♪
[Ingredients]
● Green pepper: 4 pieces
● Potato starch: 2 tablespoons (rice flour, wheat flour, cornstarch can also be used)
● Sausage: 1 bag
● Melted cheese of your choice: as much as you like
● Nam Pla: 1 teaspoon (you can also use soy sauce)
● Noodle soup: 1/2 teaspoon (3 to 4 times concentrated)
● Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
● Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
● Dou ban jiang: 1/2 teaspoon (gochujang is also fine)
● Rice oil (regular oil or sesame oil can be used)
● Black pepper
※ If you don't like spicy food, you can use regular miso instead of Dou ban jiang.
※ If you don't like Nam Pla, you can use soy sauce.
[Natto sauce]
● Natto: 2 pieces
● Sesame oil: 1 to 2 teaspoons
● 2 teaspoons of your favorite ponzu (if you like ponzu, you can add more)
● 5 shiso leaves
● Scallion: as desired
● Raayu, chili pepper, soy sauce, myoga, egg, to taste

Both of these recipes taste great when eaten individually, but when eaten together, they're just too good.

It's also high in protein and nutrients, yet low carb!
It is also a good choice for those who are on a carbohydrate-restricted diet and for those who are doing muscle training.

LUNCH - Asian Salmon Stir Fry (serves 2)
1) 1 Salmon Fillet, cut into cubes
2) 1/2 cup Green Beans, trimmed & sliced
3) 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4) 2 garlic Cloves, minced
5) 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
6) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
7) Spring Onions, chopped
Soba Noodles & Edamame Salad (Serves 2)
1) 90g uncooked soba noodles
2) 1/4 cup Edamame, unshelled
3) 1/2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
4) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
5) 1 tsp. Chilli Flakes
6) Spring Onions
TOTAL LUNCH CALORIES - 470Cals
DINNER - Steamed Soy Ginger Barramundi (serves 2)
1) 1 Barramundi Fillet (about 12oz), or other white fish of your choice
2) 1/4 cup Ginger, finely sliced
3) 1/4 cup Spring Onions, sliced
4) 2 Small Chillies, chopped
5) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
6) 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables (serves 3)
1) 1 Head Broccoli, cut into florets
2) 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
3) 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced

●ごま油
●生姜:大さじ1/2
●にんにく:大さじ1/2

●オイスターソース:大さじ2
●豆板醤:小さじ1
●塩こしょう
●丸鶏がらスープ:大さじ1
●ブラックペッパー
※初めて作る方は最初に調味料を合わせておくと焦らず作れて失敗しないですよ♪
※味付けは具材の種類や量によって変わってくるのでオイスターソース、塩コショウ、豆板醤は少なめにして
味見してからお好みで足してあげて下さい。

たまらなく美味しくてご飯とお酒が無限に進みます♪

糖質制限されている方にはご飯の代わりに焼いた厚揚げ豆腐にしてもこれまた最高に旨いです!
色んな旨みが凝縮されてた残った汁も最高のご馳走になるくらい美味しいですよ!

[Ingredients]
● Bean Sprouts: 2 bags (about 400~500g)
● Green Peppers: 4 to 5
● Ground pork: 200g
● Sesame oil
● Ginger: 1/2 tablespoons
● Garlic: 1/2 tablespoons
● Sake: 2 tablespoons
● Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine): 1 tablespoon
● Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons
● Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
● Salt and pepper
● Whole chicken broth: 1 tablespoon
● Black pepper
※ If you are making this dish for the first time, it is best to
combine the seasonings first so you don't make any mistakes.
※ The seasoning will vary depending on the type and amount of
ingredients, so taste a little oyster sauce, salt and pepper, and Dou
ban jiang before adding more to suit your taste.

This is our family's favorite dish that we have eaten many times since
we were little.
When my grandmother was making this dish, I could smell the delicious
aroma as I approached the house. I remember being so happy that I used
to run home.
I can't get enough of the crunchy bean sprouts and green peppers and
the slightly thickened, addictive sauce is so delicious that it makes
rice and drinks go on endlessly.
It is also full of nutrition, so it is recommended for children who
are growing up.
If you are on a carbohydrate restriction diet, you can replace the
rice with baked thick fried tofu, which is also very tasty!
It's so good that even the leftover liquid is a great treat!
It's one of my favorite dishes in the world that doesn't take a lot of
time or money, and is filled with the wisdom and kindness of my
grandmother.
