Orchid Island (Lanyu) is a small volcanic island located 64km off of the southeast of Taiwan.People who live in Lanyu is known as Tao. The Tao people rely on the sea for survival, and much of their traditions and lifestyle is centered on fishing. If you have a chance to visit Taiwan, don’t miss it!
