The garage owner in the video noticed that a vehicle of his customer was stolen and therefore reported the case to the Police promptly. With his positive assistance to Police, the culprit was eventually arrested.
The garage owner is commended and will receive a Good Citizen Award. Being a Good Citizen ONLY requires a kind heart and empathy.
