When and how did you get started in Cosplay?
I’ve started cosplaying since 2016.I knew cosplay through social media and at first sight,I knew it would be my future passion
What was your first Cosplay?
My first cosplay was Alois Trancy from Black Butler
What was the most difficult character?
I guess it was Yamatonokami Yasusada from Touken Ranbu (kiwame version).His wig is painful to style and keep in the right shape during the photoshoot session.Moreover,his haori kept coming off from my shoulder even when I used a bunch of safety pins to attach it right
What characters are you planning and type of character are you drawn to?
I’m planning to try on many anti-hero and “ikemen” type of characters like Joseph,SilverAsh,Annie Leonhart,etc
What is your process when starting from the beginning with a new cosplay?
I order the costume,contact lens,style the wig when my order is returned to me,make the props that is missing,learn to makeup,pose and express myself through the character that I’m going to cosplay
Are there any helpful hints in sewing, costume design or any other aspects of your cosplay that you discovered in doing your creations?
I just realized that I can pretty much make my own props and style my wig but sometimes,I’m just too busy or I don’t feel motivated enough to finish it.So im this section,I just want to say that please make sure to be hardworking and all your efforts will be paid off.There’s no tips here since I’m still learning to do stuff by myself
Do you have a preferred brand of makeup in your cosplay? And if so why?
I mostly use drugstore or mid-end brands of makeup since my budget is limited but here’s some of my favorite brand that I’m using : Maybeline , MAC , NYX , NARS , ColourPop ,etc.

I want cosplay to be more viral and everyone have a more accepting attitude toward cosplayer because cosplayers are not freaks,they just a normal person with an ordinary life like anyone and cosplay is just a hobby,a passion and even to some countries,it’s also a fulltime job

Tamamo no Mae,Joseph Desaulnier and Grell Sutcliff.Tamamo and Joseph are such a true gentleman and Grell is my favorite psycho of all times

Just cosplay whoever you feel completely comfortable and fit your characteristics/appearance the best.
And also,focus on your wig,costume,makeup and expressions.As accurate as possible.That’s all it takes to bring the characters to life.

Materialise presentation十分鐘成果報告。
以下是我的感想:To me, "Grow" is a process and a matter of time. The time of the process could be short, like the dishes growing and piling up in the sink in my dorm; it could be a bit longer just like the mold growing on different food.
In this work, I was responding to the association of the verb by documenting things happening in my daily life.
I wanted to use the photography workshop in order to take close-up pictures of the mold growing on the food in my kitchen. However, I have to wait till next week if I book it. So, I borrowed some photography equipment home. I spent a lot of time using the camera and the micro lens. It was the first time for me to use it, thus I found it super challenging. I think the major insight here is that growing mold is just like raising a child. It needs a lot of patience. And It takes different time for mold to grow on different food. Moreover, to create a suitable environment for mold, some of the food need a big amount of water, some of them just need a few drops. Plus, the heat is also important.
I think I "grow" thanks to this project. I mean I gain knowledge by learning how to use the camera and micro lens, which I am always interested in but didn't have chance to use them before. I feel happy about the outcome.
為了呈現「Grow」這個詞,我開始養黴菌,並在學校器材室借了單眼相機和微距鏡頭,如果沒有這個project,我不會知道,原來學校有那麼多資源提供給學生。我們這組準備的很不足,各自進行著自己的事,約出來討論報告,組員也屢屢爽約,所以我們只報告了五分鐘。有組員去了印刷工作坊體驗了絹印,有的去了3D工作坊體驗了使用大型木材裁切機器,我們把各個體驗過的工作坊的注意事項,透過角色扮演,呈現在報告上,而我在在結尾秀出了黴菌的微距攝影作品,並講述了一些心得。老師的評語是,我們這組沒有好好的去理解呈現「Grow」這個字,報告時間不足。
很多組別很認真的到不同工作坊做跟自己單詞相關的作品,但老師給的評語是,這是小組project,應該要更同整。
印象深刻的有兩個組別,第一個是separate。他們透過拍類似做菜搞笑教學影片來呈現。影片生動、台本、設計、場景轉換和剪接都可以看得出下了好大的功夫。第二個是press。這組很特別,直接把班上分成三大群,直接現場呈現工作坊的內容,把陶土、版畫材料都帶到現場,透過實作、遊戲互動來呈現。
不管報告如何,導師的評語一定包含肯定與負評。

【做出流心效果 |巧克力熔岩蛋糕 製作重點】
這個食譜雖然從前做過很多次,但今次仍然試做了不同的方法做到流心效果,以下是我做這個食譜的筆記,希望和大家分享呢。
選用金屬材質模具
做流心蛋糕可用陶瓷的一款 ramekin,或做紙杯蛋糕的模具等等,我試過用不同模具,感覺用金屬的模具做出來的流心效果更好,可能是金屬傳熱度較高而容易做到外面凝固內裏流心的效果。
另外,這個食譜還用了兩面開口的蛋糕圈來製作。從前我做這食譜會用杯子蛋糕的模具,上桌時倒轉,那蛋糕的底部成了上碟後的蛋糕面,這個是最慣常的做法,另一方面這個方法做出來的蛋糕面質感不同於直接烤焗表面的蛋糕面,要直接烤焗表面就用了開口的蛋糕圈,而用蛋糕圈做出來的流心效果更明顯。
辯認半熟蛋糕狀態
要焗到流心最重要的一步是要辯認到蛋糕的狀態(影片中6:23)因為容器的材質,預熱的時間,焗爐上下火的溫度等等也會影響所需要的時間,所以只有辯認半熟的外表才可以判斷那個時間才是最佳的烘焙時間。半熟的蛋糕狀態是看到蛋糕週邊凝固,而中間是表面剛凝固但內裏搖晃的狀態。而到達那個狀態後便可從焗爐取出,然後放在室溫五分鐘左右,那上菜時便剛好是流心的效果。
應該用那一種巧克力呢?巧克力豆 (chips)鈕扣 (Botton/Wafer)和棒(bar)
巧克力除了有不同的可可成份外,烘焙用的巧克力種類也有很多,究竟要買那一種才對呢?如果巧克力只用作表面裝飾,如放在曲奇上面,那可以用巧克力豆 (chips)。但如果巧克力是蛋糕內主要的成份,那巧克力豆由於加有穩定劑(stabilizer)和防腐劑,令到巧克力味道受影響,而且還帶有如蠟質一般的質感。所以如果做巧克力蛋糕,就需要使用沒有穩定劑(stabilizer)和防腐劑的巧克力鈕扣 (Button/Wafer)或巧克力棒(bar)。
雞蛋為甚麼要打到Ribbon stage?
全蛋或蛋黃加糖,一邊隔著熱水加熱打發時,Ribbon stage就是用蛋液打"8"字而不會立刻下沉的狀態,雞蛋的容量是原本的三倍,顏色淡黃質感輕盈。這個Ribbon stage階段表示雞蛋和糖已徹底混合,那之後入焗爐加熱亦可避免不會凝結成顆粒。
份量: 直徑 6.8cm x 5cm的蛋糕圈(或蛋糕模)份量兩個
材料
烘焙用黑巧克力鈕扣/棒(可可70%) 75克
(這個影片用的牌子是VALRHONA 法芙娜)
無鹽牛油70克

雞蛋兩隻
白砂糖50克
香草精華1/2茶匙
海鹽1/8茶匙
中筋麵粉30克
.
裝飾用
糖霜一湯匙
奶油(cream)100毫升
做法
在焗盤上放上錫紙,在模具內壁及錫紙上(模具蓋著部份)塗上牛油,將牛油紙舖在模具內壁備用。
準備一個鍋子和可以放進去的拌碗,鍋子裏以小火燒開水,在拌碗內加入黑巧克力和牛油,拌碗放入熱水中,保持小火,直至黑巧克力和牛油完全溶化,關火及將拌碗離開熱水放涼。
在另一個拌碗內,加入雞蛋、砂糖和香草精華,將拌碗放進剛才用過的熱水內打發,用電動打蛋器打發,直至容量發大到原本的三倍左右,用打蛋器提起少量蛋液畫一個"8"字,如蛋液大約十秒後仍未完全沉下去便表示雞蛋已打好。
在巧克力溶液內加入海鹽1/8茶匙,將稍為冷卻了的巧克力溶液慢慢倒入打發好的蛋液內,一邊用蛋拂攪拌。
麵粉過篩後,分三次加入麵糊,用刮刀以接疊(fold)的方式把麵粉混入麵糊內。
用保鮮紙包好拌碗放入雪櫃/冰箱半小時以上。
奶油打發成直鈎,放入雪櫃/冰箱備用。
焗爐預熱至200度。模具放在焗盤上,然後倒進巧克力溶液,不要超過八成滿,焗盤放入焗爐大約十一至十三分鐘,蛋糕面完全凝固但呈半熟狀態。蛋糕從焗爐取出並放涼五分鐘,之後立即脫模及上碟。在蛋糕面灑上糖霜,及以打發好的奶油拌以享用。

餃子是我其中一道很喜歡的家常菜,亦是我的comfort food。沒有想法吃甚麼的時候,從冰箱裏找幾隻之前冰好了的餃子,再加一個麵條,大概已是非常滿足的一餐。

這次做了一個超簡易的韓式餃子,其實韓國人的包法和我們平日包的也差不多,反而是材料方面有點差異,韓國的餃子會用豆腐、粉絲和芽菜,這些都是和我們做的中式有點不同,所以加了這些材料就更「韓式」了。
.
做餃子的餡料其實非常隨意,而我這次加了泡菜,這也是韓國人經常會加的配料,吃到泡菜就會想到了韓國的味道了。
.
餃子的韓文是만두,是漢字的「饅頭」,真的在韓國吃的餃子,大小和小饅頭無異,在香港時用的餃子皮大約是6至7厘米直徑,在韓國普遍用的餃子皮卻有8厘米以上,今次用到的是11厘米,包出來的餃子,比我們在香港吃到的真的大多了。

今年因為疫情而減少了到傳統市場,所以做餃子的時候,只能用到在超市買回來的餃子皮。最近路過傳統市場買了新鮮的餃子皮,做出來的質感真的很不同,皮薄質感又柔軟,由於食用的期限只有一兩天,所以買回來便趕著包好,
全部放在冰櫃,那想吃的時候隨時也可直接從冰箱拿出來,然後放在水中煮熟便可以了。

還有韓國除了餃子湯,即湯也是特別熬製的那道菜以外,通常餃子是以蒸和煎熟為主,所以想做出韓味道的也可留意喔。

雖然很多朋友都懂得做餃子,但還是希望大家會喜歡這個影片吧。
份量:約25-30隻 (餃子皮直徑11cm份量)

材料

餃子皮25-30塊
免治豬肉150克
硬豆腐200克
韭菜70克
白菜泡菜100克
杏鮑菇(或冬菇)100克
京葱1/3條

免治豬肉調味
.
醬油半湯匙
料理酒半湯匙
糖一茶匙
芝麻油一茶匙
鹽1/2茶匙
薑蓉1/4茶匙
蒜蓉一茶匙

餃子調味
.
醬油半湯匙
.
做法
.
餃子皮開了包裝袋後用濕毛巾蓋好。
在一個拌碗內,放入免治豬肉,加入調味料拌勻。
韭菜切半厘米長。
硬豆腐用刀壓碎,然後放入棉布內,擠出水份。
杏鮑菇切粒,京葱切碎,泡菜切碎。
將硬豆腐、韭菜、杏鮑菇、白菜泡菜、京葱放入免治豬肉的拌碗裏,加入醬油半湯匙,拌勻。
用餃子皮包好餃子,方法如下。
餃子可立即煮好後食用,或將包好的餃子平放在盤子上冷凍,放入冰箱(冷凍),待餃子冰好後便可放在容器內以方便收藏。
食用時可用盤子盛好,放在一鍋沸騰的水中蒸15分鐘,另可以一湯匙的醬油和一湯匙的黑醋拌勻後作沾醬享用。

餃子包法

在餃子皮上面放上餡料,用調羹壓平。
在餃子皮的週邊一圈沾上清水。
將餃子皮對摺,用手指捏緊餃子皮邊沿。
然後在餃子的角落沾上清水,兩個對角連在一起,用手指捏緊接口位。
