As for this weeks vlog. I touched on 3 things.
1. Fav Back Workout
2.Why CARBS are NOT EVIL!
3. Has taking progesteron meds affected me?
Working your back has a bunch of benefits other than showing you brought sexyback in halter or tube tops. It's also a foundation for shoulder strength and good posture. Don't mess with your back, strengthen it. Check out the exercises and try them out in your next routine. :)
Ever since learning how to track macros and understanding more on how my body reacts to certain food, i've come to the realisation that carbs aren't evil. They can become dangerous when you over eat them COMBINED with a lot of fatty content. Watch on to see my fav low carbs foods.
Dealing with PCOS sucks but it's manageable. For me now is to get my hormones back on track, though i have to admit I'm not sure how taking these progesterone meds will affect my prep. So far this week, nothing out of sorts is happening.

Granola anyone? Friday #FitBites, Experimenting with more healthy desserts. Homemade granolas are easy to make and you can control the sugar content. This granola we made is pack with what i believe is extreme goodness chia seeds, cranberries, goji berries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and some dried apricots for taste. 😍 i will admit there is some honey but in controlled amounts.
