This shot taken at new revamped Jurong Lake Garden with the grassland (aka lalang field) and majestic instagram tree.
But did you know that the Lone Tree is not actually a living organism, but a huge sculpture made of recycled iron parts – which explains why it has a deeper russet brown hue compared to the other trees around it. If anything, at least this stately metal tree won’t be subject to the mercy of nature conditions, and will hopefully stand strong for many years to come.
As some of the locals familiar with the famous Lone Tree at Punggol which was found no signs of life in it after it was struck by lightning, I guess this place can be alternative if you are looking for some poetic shots with the tree 😉
