Loveee this post so much!! And it’s true, it actually applies for pretty much all types of relationships. For whatever reason that we can’t do this for the people in our lives or they can do it with us, i thought this was so lovely in showing that this is possible. These types of relationships EXIST. This can happen!! Both sides can express an emotion, a need, an opinion, a desire, whatever, we can be open without being _scared_ that we are too much, that we wont belittle each other, we can do it without having to walk on eggshells.

Im not sure how u guys feel when reading this, but for those who feel like all these things are being very “demanding” and “high maintenance”, I can relate!! Even if you would do this for other people, you might feel like you yourself are a “diva” for wanting basic human respect and decency. Interesting, huh? What i wonder these days, is where did we learn that these very basic things were asking for too much? Why does voicing something, or setting boundaries feel so damn uncomfortable? I mean, nobody needs to say yes just because we ask. They are alwaays allowed to say no. Fascinating, isnt it, that healthy relationships feel so “demanding”?

「他看起來不太高興，是不是我剛剛做了什麼？」
「他最近很明顯在疏遠我，一定是誰跟他說了我什麼...」
「完蛋了，我這麼晚到這事情一定會泡湯....」
你會常常有這種心情嗎？擔心著自己是不是可能做錯什麼被討厭了，或者是對某些現象下定論。
「投射自己的預設作為事實」
投射心理強的原因有很多，我看見的面向－這是一種雙向的不信任，不信任自己承載事件發生的能力／不信任他人的心性，除了人們天性自有的設定外，生命裡的失敗、背叛/被背叛經驗、原生家庭嚴厲的教育...等，都有可能會帶來這樣的特質。
投射不是件奇怪的事，像是定位系統一般，日常會需要一定的世界觀/價值觀去定位自己在這個世界的位置和與他人的相互關係，適度的推演有助於事件的判斷和計劃，只是免不了的是咱們這具有想像力的大腦會因為這投射的過程產生非常真實的感受，或許事情還沒發生你就先不開心了、對方目前沒有動作但你”預設”對方即將叛逃。
理性上你知道這是推斷，感性上的或說潛意識的你可能已經開始「有罪推定」的排拒對方，或是選擇不去執行原本計劃要做的事。
這樣的劇碼也不免俗的會發生在格外緊密的戀愛關係裡。
投射/腦補/疑心的麻煩之處或許是”跳過”了一些程序。
投射腦補人的目的是「我腦補•我安全」，在腦補判斷過後告訴自己
💡「我是安全的，這些事可能會這麼發生也可能不會發生，那些危險的感受只為了保護我，不是真的，我此刻的安好非常真實。」
💡「我會以真實的眼光觀看事情如何發展。」
💡「無論事情如何發展，我信任你有能力面對。」

你可以保留你的判斷，放掉那些不安的情緒，同時讓這個世界還是充滿驚喜，因為你是很棒的。

涼涼是很多粉絲和聽眾都許願想聽cover的歌，有一個很特別的原因是大家喜歡這首歌的旋律，但是覺得歌詞雕砌詞藻的痕跡太明顯所以感覺滅火，那就讓我來幫大家生火吧🔥🔥🔥🔥
小說或是電視劇我都沒有看過，但是聽了旋律馬上就可以感受到在描述虐心劇情，
這種只用旋律描述歌曲的意境，的確是厲害的編曲（也是我用小提琴可以發揮的好曲！）
嘗試用小提琴表現本來男女對唱的形式，先用琴聲模仿溫柔又空靈的女聲視角，用旋律表達對一份命中注定但又坎坷的愛情，從憧憬到欣慰到最後的不後悔，另方面再用男聲畫出安全感溫柔包圍。

There are sooooo many requests for this songs from my subscribers and I think it's quiet interesting to share one of the reasons here that they like the melody of the song, but they are not much into the lyrics, making them less interested in the song, so here I AM 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I haven’t read the novel or watch the TV series of “Eternal Love,” but I can immediately feel the sad plot after listening to the melody, which is really amazing for the song writer or the arranger describe the emotion and their heart by the melody only (most of the time it's the lyrics that make people feel the emotion of such song)
I tried to use my violin to express the male and female duet by imitating the soft female voice to express the destined love and then by imitating the gentle male voice to draw the sense of security around the girl.
Hope you guys will want to go back to binge watching the drama after listening to my cover ☺️

This is the first piano solo piece that I compose. It’s actually for my assignment, hope you enjoy it?
The piano solo piece “ Miss You in the Rain” is about the feeling of nostalgia and missing someone. When it starts to rain, the feeling of melancholy emerges. Then, the music starts smoothly just like the rain. The music uses a lot of borrowed chords from minor key, to express the feeling of melancholy. The three continuous similar or same quaver notes(e.g. bar 11, 12,31) simulate the sound of raindrops.
When the rain becomes heavier and heavier, so does the emotion, thus the music gets faster and louder. The music gradually changes to minor key, indicating negative emotion arising, but is resisted and refused. The emotion gets stronger and stronger and is finally vented through the explosive piano glissando sound.
Everything stops. The rain takes away the emotion slowly and quietly, just like the music, becoming softer and going on with a higher pitch, sounding like it is getting further and further. When the music stops, the rain stops.
