Dah lembut lenyekkan dengan suku cawan susu kotak( rahsia kentang gebus)
Perasakan dengan garam, lada hitam n lada putih

Panaskan mentega 2 sudu
Tumis sebiji bawang holand yang dipotong dadu

Lada hitam tumbuk kasar 2 sudu

Senang utk kita buat pikihan jenis2 lauk yg bagu, yg ok-ok dan yg perlu dielakkan.. saya letak pada 5 kategori jenis lauk ni. Kategori yang pertama adalah yg paling baik, dan kategori ke 5, kita perlu elak2 kan lah ok.

KATEGORI 1: Yang bakar2, rebus, atau kukus! Contoh; ayam bakar atau ikan steam.
KATEGORI 2: Yang kuah ringan. Contoh; singgang atau tomyam.
KATEGORI 3: Yang kuah pekat sikit. Contoh; asam pedas atau kari.
KATETORI 4: Yang deep fry. Contoh; ayam goreng berempah atau sotong goreng celup tepung.
KATEGORI 5: Yang 2 kali masak. Contoh; ikan 3 rasa atau ayam masak kicap. Kene goreng, pastu masak lagi utk kuah.

Vegan Karaage (Soy Meat Fried Chicken) Recipe
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 40min (incl. marinating time)
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
100g (3.5oz.) dried soy meat blocks https://amzn.to/3zBFQ4m
* 2 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. sake
* 1 tbsp. grated ginger
* 1 clove grated garlic
* 1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. Katakuriko (potato starch)
deep frying oil
lemon wedges if preferred
Directions:
1. In a boiling water, cook dried soy meat blocks for 4 minutes. Or as directed on its package. Wash well (change water for a few times) to remove the bad smell, then drain well.
2. Mix the seasonings in a bowl and marinate the soy meat for about 30 minutes. Overnight is okay, longer makes them tasty.
3. Drain lightly (do not squeeze out the marinade liquid), coat with Katakuriko in a plastic bag.
4. Deep fry in oil at 180C (350F) until crisp golden brown.
5. Serve with lemon wedges if you like.

大好きな昭和の香りのする「あんドーナツ」を作りました。
生地は薄力粉とベーキングパウダー、卵、砂糖の4つ。
お菓子作りの基本形みたいな感じです。
今ほど和菓子も洋菓子もバラエティーに富んでなかった頃、「あんドーナツ」は3時のおやつには最高のスイーツだったはず!
昔のおやつも作って食べてみると、その素朴な味にすこし人間らしくなれるような気がします^^
敢えて不便な生活を楽しむように、昔のおやつも手作りしてみると違った感覚が戻ってくるのが面白い!

【Ingredients】make 10 cakes
40g Whole egg
40g Cane sugar
110g Cake flour
Baking powder 2g
200g Tsubu-an’(Sweet Azuki Paste)
*Oil for frying
*for finish Cane sugar
【Directions】
①Roll the ‘Tsubu-an’ (Sweet Azuki Paste) into small balls.
②Combine Eggs and Sugar in a bowl and stir.
③Sift cake flour, baking powder together and mix .
④Cut dough into 10 pieces and make them round.
⑤Flatten of the dough and place one ball of Azuki paste in centre and draw the edges up to enclose.
⑥Heat Oil to about 160°C~170℃ and deep-fry doughnuts until puffed and golden each side.
***Keep the temperature of the oil about 160 to 170°C.
⑦Coat doughnuts with Sugar.

【材料】10個
全卵 40g
きび砂糖 40g
薄力粉 110g
ベーキングパウダー 2g
粒あん 200g
*揚げ油
まぶす用のきび砂糖 適量
【作り方】
①粒あんは丸めておく。
②ボウルに溶いた卵と砂糖を入れて混ぜる。
③薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れて混ぜる。
④打ち粉をふったまな板の上などに生地を取り出し
カットしやすいように棒状にし、10等分にして丸める。
***きっちり作りたいときは、重さを量ってから10等分にしてください。
⑤生地を平らにして、中央に粒あんを置き、端を引き上げるようにして包む。
***ひだ状に重なる部分を指で押しながら綴じるようにすると、全体の厚みがそろうようになります。
⑥油を160℃~170℃に熱し、ドーナツの表面が膨らみ、黄金色になるまで揚げる。
***油の温度は160℃~170℃をキープします。
あまり高い温度で揚げてしまうと生地が焦げてしまってすぐに黒くなりますので、注意です。
⑦揚がったら油を切り、熱いうちに砂糖をまぶす。
***冷めてしまうと砂糖がくっつかなくなるので、3個くらいずつ、ゆっくりと揚げて砂糖をまぶすを繰り返すのが理想です。
●あんこはお好みのものでどうぞ。
白あん、こしあん、抹茶あんなど。
●少ない油だと油の温度の上がるのが早いです、こまめに調整してください。
●お砂糖もお好みのもので。
動画ではミネラルが豊富でコクのでるきび砂糖を使っていますが
上白糖、グラニュー糖でもどうぞ。

Whipped cream or ice cream filling is really good. It adds vanilla flavor and sweetness. Makes it moist and super delicious. Must try!
French Crullers are the top-selling donut at Mister Donut (donut shop) in Japan. Simple sugar glaze is my kids' favorite but in this video they ended up playing with the cream 😅

2-Ingredient French Crullers
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 3 (3-Inch-round 1.5-Inch-height)
Ingredients:
160g (5.6oz.) Tempura flour https://amzn.to/3BXYIMp
4 tbsp. mayonnaise https://amzn.to/3yTRmHX
100ml water
deep frying oil
powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
whipped cream
Directions:
1. Put Tempura flour, mayonnaise, and 100ml water in a bowl and mix well with a spatula.
2. Transfer the batter into a pastry bag fitted with a large (0.6inch) star tip (Do NOT use a round tip or the batter will explode!!!). Pipe out 2 layers of rings onto a parchment paper.
3. Deep fry in oil at 180C (350F) until crisp golden brown.
4. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with sugar glaze (mix 3 tbsp. powdered sugar & 1 tsp. water). You can slice and place whipped cream or ice cream between the layers if you like!
I haven't tried but I think you can bake in oven at 180C (350F) for 15 minutes.
