FAT LOSS IN 5 STEPS 🔥
1. Eat in a calorie deficit. (consume fewer calories than your body is using and burning).

真的我的心肺太弱了🤣平時做最少的就是有氧,今天來還債了!
做完真的很抒壓! 我是也沒多大的壓力,但就一個爽字,回家的路上,邊觀察自己身體變化和感覺,覺得當下很累但練完後其實不會累欸! 現在就來看看明天會不會肌肉痠痛! 感覺下週可以在嘗試ㄧ次!ㄧ週的有氧ㄧ堂課Done! 老師應該會很驚訝,若在次看到我吧🤣
I thought I was going to die during the class! I am not a cardio person and I only do about 10 minutes cycling in the end of my weight training😅 After the class, I told the trainer "See you next life" 🤣 I thought I meant it but actually I felt fine after the class and I didnt feel exhausted on my way home. I felt my pressure has been released and my body is lighter (not my weights). Maybe see you next time but not next life 😉

Wearing the exact same cycling top in both pics! When you do a sport like triathlon, you wear a lot of tight fitting stuff which can be quite unforgiving sometimes LOL.
Between both, the training load is unchanged, but what changed was a better balance of the diet (less snacking and junk food) and I also have the help of Pruvit's exogenous ketones!
When people lose weight by reducing their calories drastically (crash dieting), they tend to lose muscle mass but ketones help to promote lean muscle mass and burn fat instead. And you don't need to do any crash dieting please - this is the worst because the weight will come back even quicker.
