今天早上，我跟大家報告希望提案創新辦公室，以及其沒有成案，沒有預算，但還是有黨政人士將內部討論外部化，並且散佈錯誤資訊情事。
我非常感謝柯文哲市長給予我這麼大機會，去加強國際交流，並且讓我們嘗試各種不同方法，去增進公共政策品質。
過去兩年，我們與各國辦公室，商會，建立更加緊密的聯繫，我們與英美澳紐各國大專院校，建立更強的交流。這些朋友伙伴的合作關係，在我離職之後，依然存在。我相信市長，未來一定有機會能夠將創新、國際交流的理念，分享給世界。
在這個基礎之下，我們能夠走得更遠，台北市身為首都，必定能夠扮演更重大的角色。
我們相信改變，我們持續改變。

I am very grateful to Mayor Ko Wen-je for giving me such a great opportunity to strengthen international exchanges and for letting us try various methods to improve the quality of public policy.
In the past two years, we have established closer ties with offices and chambers of commerce in various countries, and we have established stronger exchanges with universities in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. The cooperative relationship between these friends and partners still exists even after I’ve left. I still believe that the mayor will have the opportunity to share ideas for innovation and international exchange with the world in the future.
Under this foundation, we can go further. Taipei City, as the capital, must be able to play a bigger role.
We believe in change and we will continue to push for change.
