COVID-19 is no fun. It kills lotsa fun of being a kid. Uncomfortable masks, lotsa ban to fun places, cannot mix with friends. When it comes to the children at @club.rainbow , it just gets worse. Except functional therapeutical visits, the centres are closed most of the time, and of cos, not much activities can be held to the beneficiaries to come together. No fun.
I can vividly remember the joy on Yang Yang's face when.he got his first Pokemon card. That pure joy lasted awhile before he asked: do other kids also have these cards? How can I play with them?
We decided to rally the Pokemon card community to donate their unwanted cards to us, and we will pass them to #ClubRainbowSingapore for mailing to the children under their care.
