I recently went to Chuanxi Bazi that is located in Sunway Velocity Cheras and sampled some of the gourmet selections from their new menu.

The new menu selections features over 20 additional hotpot ingredients. We tried the Chuanxi Bazi’s Signature Imperial Fish Maw Broth that is crafted from all natural ingredients, first of its kind in Malaysia, as well as premium selections of Filefish and Imported Australian Marbled Beef Slice (A4 Grade).

The new broth was uniquely crafted by Masterchef and Founder Hu Jian Qing for the Malaysian market after realizing the great response from Malaysian patrons to their Signature Mushroom Broth.

It infuses nourishing herbs and spices with the nutritional benefits of fish maw, which is rich in collagen, proteins and nutrients. Fish maw has always been a traditional delicacy that represents fortune and health.

Sichuan Ma la food lovers can indulge in one of the most delicious dry hot Ma la dish featuring a super spicy scrumptious pot prepared with plenty of Ma la herbs & spices and cooked with meat of your choice. 🌶️😀🌶️😀

We had chicken with Udon noodles & the best part of this dish is we had a second round by adding on Pork Bone broth + Chinese Cabbage to complete the dining experience! 😋😋😋
