• Crab meat ravioli with zucchini and saffron sauce
ราวิโอลีไส้เนื้อปู เสิร์ฟพร้อมซอส saffron หรือหญ้าฝรั่น สไตล์ครีมมี
ใส่ซูคินีฝานบาง จานนี้อร่อยมาก ราวิโอลีสุกกำลังดี ไส้เนื้อปูมีกลิ่นหอม
กินกับซอส saffron เข้ากันมากมาย
• Black ink gnocchi with clam oil in garlic yellow curry with cherry tomato
ญ็อกกิหมึกดำ เป็นพาสต้าที่มีส่วนผสมของมันฝรั่ง
เนื้อ gnocchi นุ่มมาก ละลายในปาก อร่อยสุด ๆ
เชฟปรุงกับซอสกระเทียมใส่ผงกะหรี่เล็กน้อย จานนี้กลิ่นกระเทียมหอมมาก
• Sicilian citrus risotto, prosecco lobster tartare
ริซอตโต้จานนี้เอาไปเลย 10 คะแนนเต็ม บุ๊งชอบมากที่สุดในบรรดาทุกจานที่ชิมเลย
เสิร์ฟพร้อมเนื้อกุ้งล็อบสเตอร์แบบดิบทำแบบ tartare
• Beef tagliata porcini mushroom
Tagliata คือ สเต็กเนื้อสไตล์อิตาเลียน ไม่มีกระดูก เนื้อนุ่มมากค่ะ
สุกกำลังดี ย่างมาได้หอมครัสท์ด้วย เสิร์ฟพร้อมซอสเห็ดพอร์ชินี และ ซูคินีย่าง
• Pan-fried smoked cheese, green tomato jam and anchovy sauce
จานนี้เป็นขนมหวานที่บุ๊ง surprised มากที่สุด
ชีสรมควันนำไปย่าง เนื้อนุ่ม มีกลิ่นหอม smoke
เสิร์ฟคู่กับแยมมะเขือเทศสีเขียว รสหวานนำ และซอสแอนโชวี
ขอบอกว่า อร่อยมาก ๆ เป็น combination ที่เข้ากันแบบไม่น่าเชื่อ อยากกินอีกสิบจานเลย
