In Bacolod a city in the Negros Occidental of Philippines 🇵🇭 enjoying carnival time “Masskara”.
Theres a dark past n history about this festival. Its a combination of the harvest festival and a dark story of a sinking vessel that sank more than 700 people from this area. But the lesson behind it is the strong will and spirit of the local people and how life must go on and the bright smiles of the local people.
2 full days of colors, dance, party, food and smiles filled the city of bacolod. Had so much fun.. the closest ill get to carnival in brazil.. the best thing its not too far from home.
